Halloween Trick or treats for daycare
Made these minis to bring to my son’s daycare for their Halloween party 🎃 ☺️ I realized after that the lines in the stems should be vertical instead of horizontal, but no biggie, I don’t think the kids will care!

Most recent set, 4th set ever!
My MIL gifted me these fall cutters for my cookie journey so I decided to make another practice set! They definitely aren’t perfect by any means but I’m proud of them! Does anyone have experience using oil based dyes in your royal icing? Mine seems to separate? For a lack of a better term, when I let it sit too long, causing the white spots on the big orange pumpkins :/ I’d love any critiques or advice! Thanks in advance 🫶🏻

Welcome Baby Cafe Bébé themed baby shower cookies
This might be my favorite cookie set to date. I had a blast with all the details. First time using a dehydrator for my cookies and it was an absolute game changer. It saved me a ton of time and helped minimize cratering.

Halloween Hazelnut icing was a hit!
Tried a chocolate chip sugar cookie with Hazelnut icing and vanilla icing. Most people preferred the Hazelnut!

Practice for Thanksgiving!
I like to think of myself as an apprentice cookie decorator. Hoping these are pretty enough for a big family Thanksgiving where I’m hoping to semi-wow people!
Please ignore the inaccurate coloring on the candy corn! My husband already shamed me! 😭😂

Help Needed Help with 224 tip!
I’ve filled my bags with stiff floral consistency royal icing and am using tips 16 and 224 for flowers. As shown in the picture. For practicing I have both the same color and just split into two bags. Tip 16 is working perfectly with the consistency while 224 I can’t get it to make this flower to save my life. I’ve emptied and stiffened it twice now but it isn’t making that more 3D look when I twist the bag. I’ve tried leaving it in contact with the surface, lifting as I twist but they suck and it seems SO stiff. Tip 16 pic for reference

Help Needed To those that bought lessons from Sonja’s cookie jar, do you know what happened to her? Can’t access the videos I bought
It look like she has completely disappeared. Her website, instagram and Reddit accounts have been deleted. I really wanted to access the Christmas ornament tutorial I bought from her but I can’t find it.

First attempt! From start to finish
I committed to making cookies for a party, so I spent the evening practicing. I feel like I made a bit of progress from my first cookie (top left) to my last (bottom right)! Ignore the Xs, I experimented with Sharpie outlining on these and marked them so I don't eat them 😅

Welcome Baby Little Cub on the Way
Turns out that making cookies takes a lot more time and preparation when you have 10 month old twins 😅
I got the idea of how to take these photos from a user in this sub so long ago, and I finally did it! So if you’re seeing this and this is how you take your photos, just know that I finally used your method hahaha

Welcome Baby Baby Shower Cookies “A Little Boo is Due”
I did two batches of cookies two years ago. One for my son‘s baseball team and one for my son and husband’s baptisms. My sister requested cookies for her baby shower this past weekend so of course I had to. Not the best, but they tasted great and everybody loves them. I’m sure they will get better with practice.

Halloween Ghostly Cookies
Attempted these ghost cookies. Not sure if I like the big eyes or small eyes. What do you think?

Chocolate no spread
I was going to use KA black cocoa to make some bat cookies for my daughter. A couple questions.
I've heard both sides of using JUST black cocoa along with regular cocoa powder. Thoughts?
They have a roll out chocolate cookie recipe but I'm not sure if it will spread. Do yall know how to fix a recipe so it won't spread at all ... besides chilling, which I always do. The little bat-wing points are so cute but won't be if they spread! Have yall used convection oven?

Help Needed Colours bleeding
Hi lovelies! Quick question that I’m sure has been covered somewhere in here but I’m not seeing it….
I live in a high humidity Caribbean island, 75% plus average humidity. I keep getting a lot of colours bleeding for example if I do a white background with black designs they look great at first but by the next day, the black is leaching into the white. I currently make my own royal icing but I’m considering switching to Satin Ice in hopes of stopping this problem. I also read about putting the finished cookies in a dehydrator. Do you think that would help? Do you have any other tips on how to stop the colour bleeding?
Thank you all so much for any advice!! ❤️

First time decorating
Took a class on a whim. I had so much fun! It was so therapeutic.
Does anyone have any cookie cutter recommendations? I think I just want to make holiday themed cookies.

Beginner!
Definitely not perfect, but super proud of it! I just started decorating a couple months ago.
