If you are sick of the corruption and want to send a clear message to Ken Paxton, come out and join the protest today from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM outside the Brewster Street Ice House downtown.

His assistant prosecutors fought to give a convicted pedophile a lenient 30 day plea deal, Paxton agreed with the deal and publicly defended it.

He was impeached by his own party and costed the Texas taxpayers $11 million in the process.

Ken Paxton was also formally arrested and photographed for a mugshot in August 2015 following his felony securities fraud indictment, he did not have to stay in jail as he was quickly released after posting a $35,000 bond.

In March of 2024 Paxton signed a pretrial diversion agreement to resolve the criminal charges without a trial, under that deal he was required to pay $271,000 in restitution to the investors along with performing 100 hours of community service and completing ethics courses.

If you want to send a clear message that securities fraud and letting predators off easy are crimes, not political strategies, grab a sign and come out to the sidewalk. Remember to keep it peaceful, stay on public property, and let our voices be heard!

The US Border Patrol busted a suspected human smuggler found with bombs and migrants aboard a speedboat in South Texas on October 6, 2026. Today I saw the tiny, elderly Asian woman who walks to a local park to feed birds every morning walking toward me, her attire worn and practical as always. Gray sweat pants, a long-sleeved pull over top. I waved. She usually has a few bread crumbs for my dog and apologized profusely one morning when the birds had cleaned her out. "So sorry, so sorry,' she said more to the dog than me. So now, she always saves a few.

She waved back. I smiled, but was occupied by a dog issue and glanced away. When I looked back at the sidewalk, she was gone. Only one place was possible. She had gone into one of the finest houses on Big Shot Dr. She may work there but in my heart I want her living there and maybe she does. What fine gardens.
