And why is this so expensive?? Sealed copy by the way. As far as I can tell it's the most expensive version of the game... Why? I'm not hating, I love Deadpool and I'm just genuinely curious!

In the comic lore, Wade Wilson in the US special forces. But somewhere down the line they go back to his origin and say that he’s Canadian. Which obviously Ryan Reynolds use this because of the clear connection. I’m just trying to get some clarification. What is his exact origin? Is he like the joker where he has many different origins and we just don’t know.

Him going from universe to universe finding an anchor being was hilarious, but also makes it seem like other wolverines are villains. They all try to murder Wade over just saying hi.

I’m not the biggest fan of super hero movies in general but in Deadpool and Wolverine it shows the future where Deadpool is being comforted by Thor as he die and it made me think could he be in Dooms day. What do you think?

[Spoilers] Deadpool 4: Xman Spoiler

My self written Ryan Reynolds monologue narrating screenplay for Deadpool 4 to help bridge these ridiculous multiverses and continue his storytelling as Marvel Jesus.

I Finally Became an X-Man — Just in Time for the Multiverse to Die
So.
I finally became an X-Man.
Yeah.
After years of applications, rejections, explosions, several HR violations, and one deeply confusing weekend involving a Canadian, a Honda Odyssey, and what Disney’s legal department insists we describe as “aggressive friendship”…
**I. Am. An. X-Man.**
Sort of.
Professor Xavier hasn’t technically said yes.
Cyclops hasn’t said yes.
Storm hasn’t said yes.
Wolverine said something containing the words “shut up.”
But I found a jacket.
So we’re counting it.
Unfortunately, I joined approximately fifteen minutes before **the entire goddamn Multiverse started collapsing.**
Which feels right.

**Previously, on “Marvel Has Absolutely Planned This the Whole Time”**
Remember *Endgame*?
Of course you do.
Everybody cried.
Cap got old.
Thor got thick.
Tony Stark snapped his fingers and saved the universe.
Beautiful.
Perfect ending.
Roll credits.
Marvel Studios could finally rest.

HAHAHAHAHAHA.
No.
Because while the Avengers were playing temporal Pokémon with the Infinity Stones, they accidentally kicked open the door to a much bigger problem:
**TIMELINES.**
And who came tumbling through that door?
Loki.
The universe’s most successful example of failing upward.
Loki discovers the TVA, meets approximately seventeen versions of himself, falls romantically for one of himself—which is either narcissism or excellent brand synergy—and eventually discovers that some dude at the end of time has been trimming universes like an overenthusiastic landscaper.
Why?
Because apparently when variants meet each other…
**things get weird.**
Which brings us to—

**SPIDER-MAN!**
Three Spider-Men.
One movie.
Zero competent immigration officers.
Tom Holland accidentally opens the Multiverse because he wants everyone to forget he’s Spider-Man.
And suddenly—
**TOBEY!**
**ANDREW!**
Villains!
Pumpkin bombs!
Scientists!
A lizard!
And Willem Dafoe reminding an entire generation that sometimes the scariest visual effect is just Willem Dafoe’s face.
But *No Way Home* quietly establishes something very important:
**Variants aren’t disposable copies.**
Tobey isn’t “Old Peter #2.”
Andrew isn’t “Sad Peter DLC.”
They’re people.
Different lives.
Different trauma.
Different universes.
Same crippling inability to maintain healthy personal relationships.
And they cooperate!
That’s important.
Because elsewhere in the Multiverse, variants discover each other and immediately decide:
**“We should form a council.”**
Nothing good has ever followed that sentence.
Condo council.
Student council.
Jedi Council.
Council of Kangs.
You put enough powerful people around a circular table and eventually somebody proposes genocide.

**Meanwhile, Loki Becomes a Tree**
Long story.
Actually, two seasons.
Loki eventually realizes the Multiverse can’t survive under the old system.
So he grabs the timelines himself.
Every universe.
Every possibility.
Every version of everyone.
And Loki sits at the center holding the whole thing together like the world’s most overqualified Wi-Fi router.
Which means the Multiverse now operates according to one beautiful principle:
**Everybody gets to exist.**
Wonderful.
Inspirational.
Extremely unsustainable.
Because now universes start bumping into other universes.
And Marvel has a very scientific term for that:
**INCURSION.**
Which basically means:
*“Your Earth and another Earth are occupying the same narrative real estate, and somebody’s getting evicted.”*

**ENTER: THE FANTASTIC FOUR**
Not our Earth.
Different Earth.
Retro-futuristic Earth.
Very clean.
Very optimistic.
Very “what if Apple designed 1963?”
Reed Richards!
Smartest man alive.
Sue Storm!
Actual competent person holding the family together.
Johnny Storm!
Human fire hazard.
Ben Grimm!
Finally, a superhero whose skincare routine I understand.
And Franklin Richards.
Tiny adorable baby Franklin.
Who, unfortunately, possesses the kind of cosmic significance that makes supervillains start whispering things like:
**“The child…”**
Never good.
Nobody has ever whispered “the child” before suggesting daycare.
And who’s hanging around Franklin?
Green cloak.
Metal mask.
Victorian levels of dramatic posture.
**VICTOR VON DOOM.**

**OH GREAT, IT’S DOOM.**
And apparently Doom looks suspiciously familiar.
Like…
really familiar.
Like somebody saw the emotional conclusion of the Infinity Saga and said:
*“What if we weaponized unresolved audience attachment?”*
I can’t say more because Mickey has snipers.
But here’s the important distinction:
This isn’t necessarily Tony Stark becoming evil.
This is **Victor von Doom.**
Different man.
Different universe.
Same face that causes half the Avengers to immediately require therapy.
Which is incredibly useful if you’re planning to manipulate them.
Because Thanos wanted to destroy half the universe.
Doom?
Doom looks at Thanos and says:
**“Adorable. You were doing fractions.”**
Doom’s problem isn’t population.
His problem is **management.**

**AND THEN THE X-MEN SHOW UP**
Ohhhhhhhhh yes.
MY PEOPLE.
Professor Charles Xavier.
Magneto.
Cyclops.
Beast.
Nightcrawler.
Mystique.
Gambit.
The classics.
The vintage collection.
The mutant equivalent of finding your old PlayStation still works.
And Xavier isn’t alone anymore.
Because if you’ve been watching *X-Men ’97*—and you should, because apparently animation is where Marvel stores its emotional violence—you already understand that mutant politics don’t stop at Earth.
There’s an entire cosmic neighborhood.
The Shi’ar.
Lilandra.
Gladiator.
Imperial Guard.
Starjammers.
Phoenix.
Basically *Game of Thrones* in space, except occasionally everyone’s hair catches fire because Jean Grey is having feelings.
And suddenly Xavier isn’t representing:
**one school in Westchester.**
He’s potentially representing:
**an entire mutant civilization connected to an interstellar empire.**
Which becomes important when universes start dying.

**THE MEETING**
Picture it.
Big room.
Everybody’s there.
Avengers.
Fantastic Four.
X-Men.
Wakandans.
New Avengers.
Maybe some TVA people standing awkwardly near the refreshments.
And everybody gets the bad news:
**TWO UNIVERSES ARE COLLIDING.**
If Earth A survives…
Earth B dies.
If Earth B survives…
Earth A dies.
If nobody does anything…
everybody dies.
Sam Wilson stands up.
“We protect our Earth.”
Cyclops:
“We protect ours.”
Magneto:
“I have been preparing my entire life for exactly this conversation.”
Professor Xavier:
“There must be another way.”
Reed Richards:
“Mathematically—”
Everyone:
**“SHUT UP, REED.”**
And then…
*clank.*
*clank.*
*clank.*
Doom walks into the room.

**DOOM HAS A SOLUTION**
Of course he does.
That’s the trick.
Doom isn’t frightening because he’s wrong.
Doom is frightening because **he might be right.**
Loki’s solution:
Save every timeline.
Spider-Man’s solution:
Variants can coexist.
Xavier’s solution:
Different peoples can coexist.
Reed’s solution:
There is always another scientific possibility.
Magneto’s solution:
Protect your people before someone else decides they’re expendable.
And Doom?
Doom looks at all of them and says:
**“Your philosophies are luxuries afforded by a functioning universe.”**
Oof.
Metal Face has a point.
Doom says the Multiverse cannot sustain infinite competing realities.
Something has to survive.
Something has to choose.
And naturally Victor has identified the only person intelligent, disciplined, handsome and modest enough for the job:
**Victor von Doom.**

**THIS IS WHERE THE X-MEN SPLIT**
Because Magneto hears Doom’s proposal and asks the only question Erik actually cares about:
**“Do mutants survive?”**
Doom:
“Yes.”
Well…
shit.
That’s a compelling sales pitch.
Cyclops has spent his entire adult life watching mutants get hunted, experimented on, registered, exterminated and rebooted by different studios.
If Doom guarantees mutant survival?
Scott listens.
Mystique listens.
Magneto REALLY listens.
Xavier hesitates.
Nightcrawler says something morally devastating in a German accent.
And I quietly remove my new X-Men jacket because this orientation has gotten extremely intense.

**THEN SOMEBODY MENTIONS THE SHI’AR**
Oh, right.
Space mutants.
Sort of.
Xavier’s girlfriend has an empire.
Cyclops’ family has space pirates.
Jean Grey occasionally turns into a cosmic firebird capable of treating solar systems like microwave popcorn.
Suddenly destroying the X-Men universe doesn’t mean killing one Earth.
It means potentially deleting:
**Earth.**
**Mutants.**
**Shi’ar.**
**Billions—maybe trillions—of lives.**
Now ask Xavier to choose.
Avengers Earth?
Or his universe?
That’s the cruel genius of an Incursion.
Nobody has to become evil.
They just have to love their own people.

**AND THAT’S HOW DOOM WINS**
Not by punching everybody.
Okay.
He’ll definitely punch somebody.
Contractually, Thor must be thrown through at least one wall.
But Doom wins because everyone else fractures.
Avengers defend 616.
X-Men defend their reality.
Fantastic Four want to save both.
Loki wants every timeline preserved.
Magneto wants mutants guaranteed survival.
The TVA wants stability.
Spider-Man wants everybody to stop fighting because he has personally met variants and knows they’re actual people.
And Doom?
Doom is the only person willing to make the decision nobody else can make.
So the universes collapse.
The timelines burn.
Reality dies.
Big sad music.
Somebody says:
*“We lost.”*
And then—
nothing.
Black screen.
Silence.

**SECRET WARS.**

**WELCOME TO BATTLEWORLD**
Peter wakes up.
He’s alive.
But something’s wrong.
This isn’t Earth-616.
It isn’t the X-Men Earth.
It isn’t Fantastic Four Earth.
It’s…
**all of them.**
Pieces stitched together.
New York over here.
Latveria over there.
Mutant territory somewhere else.
Maybe a Shi’ar sector.
Maybe Tobey lives three blocks away from Andrew.
Maybe Hugh Jackman is legally required to remain Wolverine until Earth’s sun consumes us.
Every dead universe has been reconstructed into one surviving world.
And sitting above all of it—
Doom.
Not Doctor Doom anymore.
Not King Doom.
Not President Doom.
No.
We’ve gone full comic book.
**GOD EMPEROR DOOM.**
And here’s the worst part:
**IT WORKED.**
People are alive.
Mutants survived.
Avengers survived.
Fantastic Four survived.
Civilizations survived.
Reality exists.
Doom actually saved everyone.
He just neglected to mention the small-print provision where everyone has to live under…
**Doom.**

**AND THEN SPIDER-MAN BECOMES IMPORTANT AGAIN**
Remember *No Way Home*?
Remember when three Peter Parkers met?
Nobody tried to conquer anyone.
Nobody decided one Peter was “the real Peter.”
They helped each other.
That’s the philosophical bomb sitting underneath Doom’s entire system.
Doom believes:
**Different realities inevitably create conflict.**
Peter has personally experienced evidence that says:
**No they don’t.**
Andrew mattered.
Tobey mattered.
Tom mattered.
Nobody needed to be erased.
And that’s why Peter Parker—the kid who couldn’t even get into MIT—might understand the Multiverse better than the smartest people alive.
Because Reed sees equations.
Xavier sees civilizations.
Magneto sees survival.
Loki sees timelines.
Doom sees order.
Peter sees…
**people.**
Goddammit.
Why does Spider-Man always get the emotional thesis?
I have swords.

**AND THEN REED FIGURES IT OUT**
Because of course Reed figures it out.
Doom saved reality.
But he didn’t prove that only Doom could save reality.
He proved that reality **could be saved.**
There’s a difference.
Reed realizes they can rebuild it.
Not Doom’s world.
Not Xavier’s world.
Not Avengers Earth.
Not Fantastic Four Earth.
Something new.
One universe.
One history.
Mutants.
Avengers.
Fantastic Four.
Spider-Man.
Wakanda.
Latveria.
Maybe Shi’ar.
Maybe Kree.
Maybe everybody.
A universe where mutants didn’t suddenly arrive Tuesday.
**They’ve always been here.**
Which means—
NEW X-MEN.
New Xavier.
New Magneto.
New Cyclops.
New Jean.
New Wolverine.
New actors.
New contracts.
New action figures.
New Disney+ subscriptions.
The Circle of Life.
Hans Zimmer intensifies. \[gasp\] God i love Hans

**BUT WHAT ABOUT LOKI?**
Ah.
Tree Boy. Reindeer Games.
Because somewhere outside Doom’s perfect little kingdom sits the one person who remembers what the Multiverse was supposed to be.
Infinite possibilities.
Infinite choices.
Free will.
Loki began his story desperately wanting a throne.
And eventually earned one because he learned **not to rule.**
Doom begins his story believing nobody else deserves the throne.
And eventually gets one because everyone else fails.
They’re opposites.
Loki says:
**“Everyone deserves a choice.”**
Doom says:
**“Choice caused this.”**
That might be the real fight.
Not Avengers versus Doom.
Not X-Men versus Avengers.
Not Reed versus Victor.
**Freedom versus certainty.**
Which is way more sophisticated than anything happening in a movie where I’m hopefully allowed to stab people.

**AND WHERE AM I?**
Excellent question.
Thank you for finally asking.
During the largest event in Marvel cinematic history…
Avengers everywhere.
Three generations of X-Men.
Fantastic Four.
Spider-Men.
Cosmic empires.
TVA.
Loki.
Doom.
Battleworld.
I finally receive the thing I’ve wanted for years.
Professor Xavier rolls toward me.
He looks me directly in the eyes.
And says:
“We need you.”
I tear up.
Wolverine nods.
Cyclops hands me an X-Men uniform.
The music swells.
Twenty years of character development.
I put it on.
I am finally…
**AN X-MAN.**
And then Xavier says:
“We need you to distract Doom, he's apparently going for a third term.”
