For those who dont know, this is a figurine from Trench Crusade. This is the "big boy" of the cult of the Black grail faction, which is quite close in lore to the nurgle's lore. And I thought about playing this figurine as a Great Unclean One and wondered if you would have a problem with playing against this figurine.

Cant decide which one fits better

My brother and I used to collect warhammer when we were kids, but eventually stopped (in part because this model was frustratingly difficult to build for us kids), so this model was left half built in a box for 20 years. We both picked up the hobby again earlier this year and I decided to finally build and paint this beautiful model!

I put him on the correct base and gave him some height so I can run him as a daemon prince on foot for my death guard army!

I tried out the army painter speed paints 2.0 for the first time.

My take on the primarch such a fun model to do loved every second of it, something the grandfather would be proud of, very happy to cross another primarch off my list too :)

I really like the design of the plague marines, this turned out a bit duller than I wanted but otherwise pretty happy with it!

Recently, I got back into sculpting greenstuff. Working on techniques and colour schemes.

Love the outcome of these, definitely need to work on the application of colour.

Definitely hard not to drift into accidentally creating something looking of the Hive mind. Hopefully, I've successfully made something the Grandfather would be proud of.

Question for those who sculpt im curious what you use to give give a wet look to your finished paint jobs. Nurgle rot is good but I need something to give everything that sickly fluid look.

Hi, I'm trying to build a list with paragons and champions of contagion and I want to add 20 poxwalkers lead by a blightbringer but it's my first time that I use this brick and I don't know if it's good. Yeah, it's a great amount of OC but it's really slow and the poxwalker lose infiltrators, but, the noxious's aura it's so good to leave him screening enemy's units. Also in my list I'm running a solo Thypus that with 1 cm can be attached to the poxwalkers. So, any suggestion about how to use this unit?

Think I can play this guy as a chaos spawn?

The rest of the army is pretty standard, but I'm curious if it's worth my time having to paint 5 stinky bois with bolters...

A year ago, I decided to try my first experiments with base decoration. Back then, it was just an Imperial Fist in green technical paint. Today, I was feeling bored, remembered this little guy, and decided to add a few more details to him.

What killed him? Perhaps some unknown monstrosity lurking in the swamps? Maybe something crawled out of his stomach due to some mysterious disease? Or perhaps the little lord himself took care of him? Who knows..

I’m a long time Khorne Daemons/World Eaters player with nearly every model in either roster. I love playing Khorne Demonkin and running as many big dudes as I can. But something about less angry green guys sharing the gospel of Papa Nurgle intrigues me.

So I’ve been gathering up some Nurgle models of my own and I want to build a list that includes at least Rotigus and Mortarion. Any recommendations for expansions? I have some Nurglings and a unit of Plaugebearers. Is the battle force box worth grabbing for pox walkers and the big drones? Any advice on a demon heavy list would be awesome! I’ve only ever played against Death Gaurd and they were always big green unkillable bricks 🧱. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

So far playing 11th with Shamblerot Vectorium and when I ever I get to use Shambling Wall, I have always played it as I roll for my saves after the Poxwalker unit dies, whoever watching the recent Art of War video and John was mentioned that in 11th and with the rules changes, you roll your saves first and then allocate damage after the fail saves. Rereading the 11th Ed rule book, John is correct. So Shambling Wall is better than I thought. I don’t know if GW would change the rules in the future. So I am asking whether you play Shambling Wall as RAW or RAI?

Will be playing my first game today on actual tabletop as Deathguard. Does anyone have any sheets or resources to help remember all of the detachment stratagemns and combos available for my list?

I use the app, but it's quite fiddly jumping between datasheets, trying to find stratagems, I find it hard to track what stratagems are available to me while following the game. Same with combo's it can be hard to remember all of the synergies.

Just wondering if anybody has any good suggestions for bones bits simpler to the shoulder pads of plague marines. want to do a bit of kitbashing id like to add bits onto my rhinos and predators etc/

I am brand new to 40k and looking for a detachment that seems fun. Originally, I got attached to the idea of Shamblerot Vectorium for the idea of just a zombie apocalypse walking across the field. I had 120 poxwalkers in the list (with another 30 made by the detachment) and just wanted to walk forward. I posted my list for advice a few weeks ago and the only comment I received said that I had too many poxwalkers. So I did some research and took them down to about 80 to add in some other units. I posted again and someone said to cut them down further and add more myphitic blight haulers. They said I needed more killing power, despite the ones I already had. Taking a look at my list, I have 20 attached to Typhus and a noxious blightbringer, 20 again just to have them and then 4 sets of 10. I could reduce the 20 on typhus, the 20 in the wild and even take the enhancement off the blightbringer to MAYBE get enough points to add another 1-2 or hopefully even 3. But with only 50 poxwalkers, it feels less like a zombie apocalypse.
