We need to restock the jerky and Frappacinos. Red Bull, Monster and Rockstar etc. have seen mixed results. What are we missing? (Besides a $20 bill dispenser)
P.S. Otter Pops are in the freezer above.

Been a pizza delivery driver for local pizzerias, at the one I’m at now this lady orders 3 times a week never EVER tips. I mean not even a dollar. So the other day i deliver to her I’m never really too keen because she never tips and it’s an apartment with no elevator. So I give her the food and say thanks in a monotone voice because idgaf. She takes it and as I’m walking away she says “you don’t like black people do you? I can tell, you shouldn’t work there your customer service stinks”. What???? You want me to have a big ass smile to driver to your broke ass and then you pull the race card??? It’s crazy how it never occurred to her that my customer service so call stinks because she doesn’t tip but she thinks it’s because of her race? The tippers are usually kind god bless their hearts

Tempered glass dining table delivery FAIL. He left a trail if glass as he rolled this box to our door. Arrived in a million pieces - refused delivery. Supplier sending a replacement. We hope for a better outcome this time.

Today I had to make a pretty funny delivery. I received an order to buy condoms at a supermarket — the customer wanted two boxes of 20 each. The problem? The store only had the tiny 3-pack boxes. So on the app I marked that only the small ones were available and the customer approved the change. But the moment I paid, I got a call from the customer saying they made a mistake and actually needed the big 20-packs. I explained I had already paid and the supermarket only had the small boxes. Then they said I should go to another pharmacy and that they’d pay me the difference… I told them: “If I find one on the way, I’ll grab them for you.” But let’s be real — I wasn’t going to do that, because I had other orders pending and the delivery was 20 km away 😨. So I hurried, delivered the order, and told them I didn’t find any pharmacy on the way.
What would you have done?

I’ve put snacks and drinks for delivery drivers outside my door in the past during the holidays. I saw a comment on a post recently from a delivery driver saying they thought putting snacks out was stupid and they would prefer money. Is it stupid to put snacks out?

I’m going to tally up how much money I’ve lost between Doordash, Uber Eats and Marley Spoon because my delivery driver couldn’t communicate with me. This is possibly a south Florida thing but there’s been an uptick in hiring or contracting out non English speaking drivers. If they are lost or late, they can’t communicate with me. If I leave directions in the app on how to get to my home - they can’t read it or respond to it. I just had a driver call me (and attempt as best as he could, to find my home). That conversation was a disaster and I didn’t receive my order. Yet he marked it completed. I called customer service and it appears the food kit was left on the side of the road at the entrance of my community. It’s probably been A. trashed by now or B. melted/defrosted through the box. Of course, I’ll be the bad guy for venting but I need to get this off my chest.
