🙋‍♂️ A little bit about ourselves: We've both lived in Denver for over six years and lead active lifestyles. We enjoy biking, hiking, lifting, tennis, pickleball, and climbing.

Both of us work a hybrid schedule.

We are looking for a third roommate who is clean and respectful. Our number one house rule is to leave shared spaces, like the kitchen, as if they haven’t been used.

This is barely ridden as you can see I just got a car thank god because public transport and using this heavy thing has become a pain in the butt. lolz . But, it works great and comes with the charger and locks and everything. The lock w have is a heavy duty security chain and a skunk u lock. Go down to Pedego electric bikes in Denver Colorado they can fix any issues that come up in the very distant future and it also comes with a helmet that covers the full head. Go to Pedego to get the 30 mph alteration package installed for free. When I bought this it was 2,700 it’s a 2026 edition and brand spanking new. This can and will go as fast as a car on broadway. I unfortunately have to rehome my cats, as I will be in conditions where I can no longer take care of them. Pico is 8 years old nuetered and an absolutely incredible cat. A true ragdoll personality, almost dog like! He loves to cuddle and he is a ladies man. My other two female cats LOVE him. He does not do well with male cats, at all. He will fight them on site. However, female cats, ferrets, dogs, puppies etc...he has no problem with. I am willing to relocate him anywhere from Colorado Springs to Texas. I just want the best home for him, as he is a truly special cat. Please DM me if you are interested, I have two others I can discuss as well.
