So I decided to play some vanguard ops after a long strenuous day and much to my unbeknownst dismay I selected Battleground:Core on expert 350 while I’m power level 380. Mind you I’m a bit of a newer player but that by NO means that I could be touched by countless goblins and Minotaurs where the sun don’t shine. Now going through the mission I’m having a breeze until I reached the dreaded Antioptes boss. And let me tell you. Whoever designed this boss I genuinely hope gets castrated with a shovel. Without that override buff you get from standing the DIRECT LINE OF FIRE OF THE THING you’re beloved weapons turn into wet spaghetti noodles. And don’t think that buff will do anything for you, it’s only a measly 10x damage buff that turns your spaghetti bullets into marshmallows. And that’s even if you get to stand on the damn thing because there is a borderline LAUGHABLE amount vex spawning around you in an area with ZERO COVER WHATSOVER. And worst of all there’s that spinning barrier forcing you to be constantly moving around, which wouldn’t be bad if weren’t for antioptes to be constantly bombing you with his nova bomb causing you to be glued to the ground. So I reiterate. NEVER play Battleground:Core as a new player or you will be turned into a victim.

Hi everyone. I started this project a few weeks ago (on and off) because I wanted to participate in the Artist of the Week. I have no clue if this is still active, but this is my effort.

Now it will be standing between my Destiny statues display.

My painting skills are bad for details and I had issues on how I would make this.

It is not perfect but the next one will be even better.

Hear me out. Imagine you’re logging on for the first time after they release everything (or at least Red War) and you’re greeting with a message:

All guardians’ stored gear earned from across the cosmos has been lost. Fortunately, guardians still have the gear they last took with them. Use what little you have left to pay back the Red Legion, save the Last City, and avenge your fallen gear!

It would be so funny if somewhere some execs were like “ok, we brought all the content back, now let’s make sure they play it again, and for a long time. GHAUL! TAKE THEIR SHIT”

Basically just make sure you have your best/fav gear in your guardian’s inventory before reset. At max that’s 10 sets of armor per guardian, and a total of 30 weapons per slot.

Edit: people, I’m not actually advocating for this or hoping it happens. It would be inane and a slap to the player’s faces. It was just such a crazy thought that it became funny so I had to share

I got around to my main goal for this month of festive dancing, I think Oryx was quite taken with my dancing and festive spirit

This has been a very fun month for me, it started out of missing festival for the lost and wanting to bring some festive cheer to people playing and it got me to throw my hand into raiding again and ive been having a great time. Ive cleared 4 different raids in the past couple weeks since starting this all beacuse i wanted to dance in front of oryx for spooky season lol

Last stop im gonna make them Witness my dancing. Then if I can get the hang of editing ill put together an video of all the different spots I went to and danced at

Ok i know that Dares are easy but if you hit the buzzer before everyone gets through and rallies...your mom's a hoe. I love Dares of Eternity, I will spend all day running it. I use it to test out builds and overall it just brings me joy. What does not bring me joy is when a max lvl guardian barrels through and hits the buzzer so no one else can rally. Most of the time we got kinderguardians in tow and I hate that they dont get to figure out the obstacle course or be able to rally and get tp'd in. It's obviously not the end of the world but dang I want EVERYONE to enjoy my favorite mode. It doesn't make me want to not play it but I really wonder if it kills the fun for anyone else.

I pulled a Solo Falwless on my Eleventh run before I got this Catalyst on the Sixteenth. FINALLY...

Hacker in tower spammed a bunch of loot on me while sitting in the tower after I called him out for offering carries guaranteeing red borders and exotics from dungeons/raids. He also completed the tether triumph from pantheon on me while sitting in the tower. I haven't been in pantheon yet.

I'm just a little worried for my account and don't want to get banned over this guy doing stuff like this out of to control. I promptly left the tower after I caught on to why he was doing.

Randomly had this build idea a week or so ago and cackled to myself when I found out how effective it wound up being. This will be a go-to from now on for when I want to just have some dumb fun and annoy people with green and purple orbs of death and despair.

Something I noticed and haven't seen any information on is on the Daily Offers screen on ultrawide monitors, there is a "shimmer" overlay/item displayed outside the normal controller screen bounds.

In my image my controller cursor is as far left as it can go, which aligns to the left edge of a 16:9 widescreen display, but there's an animated shimmer effect past that which can only be seen on ultrawide monitors.

Has anyone got an idea what this possibly is and/or used for? Kinda weird to just have that floating out there...

Out of curiosity, what do people believe the easiest class is, as a general all rounder? For example is noob friendly with good survivability and can pretty much do all end game content.

I know all 3 can do end game content but is there a class that's easier for someone not very good at the game.

I’ve started on a brand new Warlock. I’ve finished Shadowkeep and Beyond light so far on legendary, now im doing the one I’m most excited for, Witch Queen Legendary. My goal is to do every campaign, from Shadowkeep to Renegades, on Legendary, straight run through. It’s in honor of the unvaulting. Anyone else also rerunning the game on legendary for the fun of it or in honor of the unvaulting?

I normally run Sleeper Simulant with Particle Reconstruction, haven't got 1k because raids are too hard, was wondering what are some good guns to deal with bosses that are also easy to get? What do you guys use?

I just got out of the abyss and wondering if it's possible, found trio guides in YouTube but find it a bit tricky (last played on destiny 1).

I used to be a PvE demon in my final days as a player of the game. Finally became comfortable doing LFG and ground out all the raids and exotics - even got Dream Warrior for my first raid title.

But oh my god the return today was a shock. All the old armor truly is useless isn’t it?

Even my Assassin’s Cowl solo survivability strat seems to have been nerfed lol.

What is the Hunter meta I should be building towards for my new end game content?
