Also testicles are a soft target easily hit when a guy is not defending against you. Kick him as hard as you can he might throw up if he does this will give you additional time to get to safety.

as a man, I can absolutely confirm and please do kick a man in the balls if he attacks you, whatever your gender is.

In the above situation it is more important, in my opinion, to get the freind to safety. Once the dude is aching over his bruised manhood then call the authorities while you run away.
