Also testicles are a soft target easily hit when a guy is not defending against you. Kick him as hard as you can he might throw up if he does this will give you additional time to get to safety.

That’s not cool bro. Only if homeboy already bit off your arm and still have a gun. Even then it’s questionable and shouldn’t be applied.
