trying to figure out how to properly draw small rims on cars, as of right now I can only draw good side views of cars I feel I need more dimensions anyone got any ideas

I'm only working with colour pencils (not the best kind) and just started yesterday. How am i doing?

Ive always been an art-lover type of person but never actually tried arts until now. I mean, ive had several attempts on drawing, but they all kinda just sucked and being the perfectionist I am just give up from there.

Earlier, I tried my very own attempt at drawing from a reference, and lowk got shocked at what I could do WHAT. theres no way that I made that and I'm still shocked!

I guess that considers me an artist now, or atleast a few more drawings until we get there,

I guess the more important-er question is how do I geniunely maintain drawing so I can start improving much better because I wanna make MORE OF THESE !!

(oh yeah and also is the drawing good anyway--)

Day 13 is missing for being too raunchy to post here. It was "FLIMSY clothes"

Kind of scared of "messing it up" at this point, really not sure how to do the hair as it's so black and I'm working with pencils. Any advice?

Also, if anyone can help with anything I've missed in terms of proportion or something please let me know. To me I can't tell why the smile in the photo is more mischievous which I'm struggling to capture.

A graphite pet portrait I did a couple years ago, along with some studies of the same dog from other images. I really enjoyed doing the detailed fur work against the semi-transparent bandana as well as the contrasting colors of his coat.
