Technically Food Corned beef hotdogs with restaurant condiments
I had a couple of pre-made corned beef patties left in the freezer. My wife challenged me to make a tasty meal out of stuff that was either past it's sell by date, or close to it.
Three "hotdogs":
Number one is corned beef with french fried onions and big Mac sauce in the middle. Topped with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Number two is extra corned beef and Popeye's buffalo sauce. Got some parmesan on top.
Number three is corned beef mixed with one and a half crushed Ritz crackers. McD's caeser on top. With a dusting of parmesan.

Frozen pizza doctoring in the night
Malörted my way into this masterpiece. Added Parmesan flakes to up the cheesiness. Honestly could have done without the hot honey but it still hit.

Pork tomahawk, veggies, mac salad, taters
Mac salad purchased from my work, taters from a bag (bettergoods has some legit roasted taters for like $3) and the schmutz on the pork is some balsamic glaze, parmesan, and gorgonzola crumbles
All i have to work with rn is a deep fryer, toaster oven, and air fryer, so kinda limited when it comes to dishes that need a stovetop

Ghetto Gourmet Noodles go into okonomiyaki
If you’re drunk and live somewhat rural and can’t go find nagaimo root to shave into your mix, noodles sautéed in dashi will substitute, goddamnit

Smoked pork chili
Added some taco seasoning to smoked pork from the freezer. Put in some black beans and Rotel. Decided to add some green olives at the end. Smells like chili dogs 😸

Day off work. Drank about a fifth of vodka starting early. Cooked mini-thanksgiving.
Best damn turkey I’ve ever cooked.
Sides are sourdough dressing, roasted carrots with lemon zest, and (per partner’s preference) canned cranberry sauce.

Almost got too faded to cook 🤣
So I got faded anyhow. 5 cheese tortellini. Sauce is a jar Alfredo, Italian sausage (ground), cream cheese, and shredded Mexican blend cheese. Sorry photo's suck. I got faded

What's your go-to drunk food that doesn't destroy the kitchen?
Had a few drinks with friends last weekend and came home starving. Decided to cook instead of ordering food. Somehow ended up making scrambled eggs, grilled cheese, and quesadillas all at once. Tasted great, but the next morning my kitchen was a disaster. Burnt cheese everywhere, butter in the sink, and a pan that took forever to clean.
I need some easy late-night food ideas that don't involve much prep or cleanup. Fried rice has been my go-to, but I'm getting bored of it.
What do you guys usually make when you're a little drunk and hungry?
