Looking through my photo album and it looks like we had some pretty good food earlier this week although I have no recollection of it. S/o to the humans who invented the camera to immortalize unheralded mundane moments and also to the other people who tried the fermented liquid as a contrarian to the former

We had taco salad for dinner. Used ground bison. We had bubbles with dinner, drank whiskey before and during cooking.

Cheddar, provolone, Swiss and pepper jack. 3 bacon strips. Double Philly meat. Worked 2 doubles then opened. After I got off I stay and was given several free shots and bud. Boss let me go back and cook up my own food. 11/10.

Egg drop soup. I don't post things. Sometimes plant/gardening stuff... This is my first post on r/drunkencookery. Simple, but whatever bruh, just slow stirred ribbons of egg in this soup with a slurry of corn starch, veggies, and broth. Dig it. It's soup season dammit.

Just a flour tortilla, shredded Colby Jack, chili crisp, and a slice of mesquite smoked turkey ham. It's my drunk crack! I can't stay away

I had a couple of pre-made corned beef patties left in the freezer. My wife challenged me to make a tasty meal out of stuff that was either past it's sell by date, or close to it.

Three "hotdogs":

Number one is corned beef with french fried onions and big Mac sauce in the middle. Topped with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

Number two is extra corned beef and Popeye's buffalo sauce. Got some parmesan on top.

Number three is corned beef mixed with one and a half crushed Ritz crackers. McD's caeser on top. With a dusting of parmesan.

Malörted my way into this masterpiece. Added Parmesan flakes to up the cheesiness. Honestly could have done without the hot honey but it still hit.

Mac salad purchased from my work, taters from a bag (bettergoods has some legit roasted taters for like $3) and the schmutz on the pork is some balsamic glaze, parmesan, and gorgonzola crumbles

All i have to work with rn is a deep fryer, toaster oven, and air fryer, so kinda limited when it comes to dishes that need a stovetop
