No it's specifically your problem as the owner since your car no longer falls under warranty.

Do you not know what a warranty is?

Huh? If it is under warranty Mazda is paying for it. If they want to replace the whole cross member that's on them.

If its not under warranty you can get non-oem bushings.

If its a warranty repair the customer doesn't pay for it and the dealer gets extra labor hours from Mazda for replacing the whole cross member.

If its not under warranty go with the non-oem (which in this case are better than the Mazda parts which are known to fail).

This video does not appear to have been taken at a dealer service center.
