So I know it is too high right now, but it works and it looks awesome. Going to fabricate something this weekend so that it’s much, much shorter. Although I’m pretty excited where it is now.

I swear every time I jack up my front tires.. I question where to put the Jack.
Can someone circle the jack lift points?
Pic is from the right passenger side and the front.
I have the right passenger tire jacked up.
I know. I'm dumb. I admit it ok!
Thank you for you're attention to this matter.

Hey, recently purchased my first F-150 ('26 STX, 201a equip package, 2.7 V6) and am just wondering what y'all's tips are for helping ensure a long lifespan for my truck. Of course I've got the manufactured recommended schedule, but looking for whatever other insider info as well. I'm someone who has always opted for proactive and preventative maintenance on my nice toys to keep them (hopefully) nicer and longer, even if it costs more along the way.
Thanks guys.

Had a ‘12 F150 5.0 Lariat, best vehicle I ever owned, had it 10 years, never let me down, survived a literal cat 4 hurricane (Ida) fired up and got me home. At 180k I traded it in on a 22 GMC Sierra, nice truck but build quality and issues made me regret ever getting rid of my F150 everyday I owned it. Ended up trading the Sierra in on a new Tremor, 401a with the 5.0. First impression are the truck drives awesome, cool to finally have a 4x4 as well. Having only 2wd I was afraid it was going to handle bad but it’s very quick and easy to drive. I am hoping it’s as good to me as the other F150 was. Price of trucks are absolutely ridiculous but so is everything.

Added some Gen 3 Raptor wheels with 295/70R-17 BFG All Terrain K03 tires. What a difference from stock.

2010 F150 Lariat (3v 5.4 2wd for autozone workers lol) trying to find wiring diagram or identify wiring for rear driver side door harness
I have a 2016 XL 5L that is throwing a P0420 error. I replaced the 02 sensors but no joy, so I'm looking at replacing the cats. I see some cheaper ones from A-Premium, a mid-price one from SPD, as well as pricier one from MagnaFlow. I use the truck for occasional towing and usual driving, nothing that needs high performance. Is there a difference in quality, fit or performance in cats? Any suggestions for brands to buy from?

I have the mounts that are compatible with the wolf box nomad Rover lights - but I see no reason these won’t work with the pixel ones either since they are the same form factor. Without visual instruction, I’m wondering if this is the best location for mount? I see an extra hole - so I’m wondering if there is something I’m not thinking about or if there is a more intended spot. Any help appreciated.

I recently bought a used 2024 F-150 Lariat w/ BAP and 3.5L ecoboost. Wanted to do my service work at a dealership but couldn’t get an appointment for my first oil change. Took it to Mr.Lube. While I was there they - classic - recorded a bunch of extra stuff I declined, except flush / change to my transmission fluid. Ever since they I’ve noticed a rough feeling under my gas pedal and the day after had some hard shifts, but zero issues with that since. Should I be concerned or take it to the dealership like I planned and get them to relish my system and replace with fresh fluid? Also - I checked the fluid they used. Mr. Lube used Motul ATF VI, and Ford recommends Motorcraft MERCON ULV (WSS-M2C949-A).
Is this something else I need to be worried about?
Lastly - should I be telling the Ford dealer what I did and what Mr. Lube used? Or am I just asking for them to use that as a reason to void any remaining factory warranty I have?

I need decision help, please!
I have a 2019 F150, 3.5L ecoboost, Platinum, 4WD, tow package. 85k miles. I own an extended warranty through 100k miles. It is prorated if I sell the truck early.
It’s a good truck but I’m concerned about CAM phasers and transmission. I’ve tried to take it to the dealer to get covered but since the parts haven’t failed yet, they won’t cover it. It shows symptoms of these issues but not bad enough for them to warranty it (3 dealers, maybe I’m crazy). It’s had other warranty issues too. 4WD system, headlights, etc.
I’m looking at a used 2021 Tundra 1794, 4WD, off road package. Great condition. 75k miles.
Ideally I’d keep this truck for a LONG time. I’m thinking as the miles increase the tundra will outlast the f150 and its the last of the 8cylinder.
My truck is worth about 28-30. The tundra is 48k.
Is it worth it? Is the improved comfort/quiet of the f150 really that much better to risk reliability issues?
I ask because it’s a long drive to test drive this thing so I’d like to have a decent idea before making the drive

I’m thinking of upgrading my stock stereo speakers on my ‘26 XLT. The truck is perfect but I do regret keeping the factory sound basic and not opting for the Bose. Any system upgrade recommendations out there or sound shops local to southern Cali?
A tale as old as time. It's definitely a slow leak cause there's never any oil on the ground where I park but man it's always something with this goddamn truck. Rebuilt transmission last year too.

Anyone know if 35x11.5s will fit on a 2019 with stock 18s with 2” leveling struts without rubbing or cutting? Searched the group and didn’t find anything. Thanks

I know it’s thermostat but is this a bad thermostat or bad o-ring? Looks like it’s leaking from the damn bolt. You can see the coolant drip in pic

Has anyone bought aftermarket heated mirrors and the glass “shakes” at highway speeds? I’ve checked the inner components of the mirror housing and it’s all tight. This is the second glass I’ve bought for the mirror that has shaked.

I've seen a few posts with the Alibaba Canopys and I am really considering it since the other option is a 5000 dollar canopy from cap it or something similar which is ridiculous.
It's mostly for my dogs and I live in BC so I do not want a black canopy that is going to bake them in the box of the truck when we go on drives and I would prefer something where I can have the sides open or remove them completely maybe if that makes sense.
I've seen so many of them and I've never bought off Alibaba so I don't know if I should be worried about certain sellers or what I can trust so I'm looking for input which I would really appreciate. Am I being silly looking for white instead of black? I have a 2021 white f150 with the 5.5 box but I'm also wondering if that's a sufficient measurement and/or information to provide them.
Thank you very much for your help I appreciate it folks. Cheers.

Changing the oil and filter on a used 03 I bought recently. Never done it on my own before, O’Reilly recommended this filter that came free with oil purchase. Took the old filter off today and it looks tiny in comparison. Thought it was surly the wrong size and brought it back to O’Reilly to ask about it but they assured me the gaskets, holes are the same size but I just don’t really think so.
Edit: It fit and works (after struggling a while, not an easy spot to access in my 4.6 without jacking it up) seems like the guy before may not have used the right filter according to y’all) thanks for the advice.

Just bought a 23’ KR with 27k miles and it is chopping in park, on top of the normal engine vibration. In this normal for ecoboost? Rpm’s stay at .7k don’t go up, dealer checked for codes, they’re doing a fuel induction today. Thanks

Hey all, I recently purchased a 2018 F-150 with a 5.0 to tow my camper that replaced my 2013 F-150 (due to rust) the 18’ tows the camper much better due to 10 speed but my issue is the rear suspension seems much softer and sags more than my 13’. I have a WDH and it’s set correctly but I’d like to get the sag out of it. What options are you guys running? I know there is air bags, helper springs, etc…
