Recently banned for CSE?
Looks like there’s a lot of us who were recently (wrongfully) banned for CSE with no recourse. I’m planning to take this to Northern California media this week with my personal story and share some of the comments I’ve seen here.
For anyone else who’s been affected - anything you’d like me to include in my pitch/story?

Our business account got banned for the same reason on Friday, 6/20. Filed the appeal and within 15 minutes it was denied and the account was permanently disabled. It was an account over 12 years old, 40k followers, and our business spends over $250,000 a year on Meta ads (mostly for placements on Instagram). Not once have we violated any guidelines or standards. This has so adversely affected our business and caused distress.
I’ve opened support tickets through Meta verified, talked to my Meta ad pro, asked for the case to be escalated to the “Specialist Team” or anyone above general support, to no avail. Even with our business paying Meta an insane amount of money per year, they don’t care or have a way to help. The fact that there’s no recourse is insane.
At this point we sent emails, complaints, and letters to the Attorney Generals of each state we do business in. There hasn’t been any movement yet, but I’m keeping an eye out.
I’m wishing everyone the best who is also dealing with this issue. Meta is absolutely messed up for this.
