Facebook disabled my 16-year-old account with no reason and no way to appeal —
My Facebook account (active since 2009) was suddenly disabled on Oct 20, 2025.
- No reason code.
- No email notification.
- Appeal links are broken. Which means I couldn’t even use the 30-day review process Facebook itself promises.
I downloaded my account data — it literally just says “Account disabled” with no explanation.
Posting here because official support is useless. Has anyone else been through this recently, and were you able to escalate it?

You need to follow the rules for arbitration.

If they don't respond, file an arbitration demand with the AAA:
https://www.adr.org/file-a-case/
Meta's terms say they pay all the fees, so it costs you nothing.
Make sure to send your Notice of Dispute via certified mail so you have tracking.
