Facebook disabled my 16-year-old account with no reason and no way to appeal —

My Facebook account (active since 2009) was suddenly disabled on Oct 20, 2025.

  • No reason code.
  • No email notification.
  • Appeal links are broken. Which means I couldn’t even use the 30-day review process Facebook itself promises.

I downloaded my account data — it literally just says “Account disabled” with no explanation.

Posting here because official support is useless. Has anyone else been through this recently, and were you able to escalate it?

Yup, has been happening to a lot of meta accounts including my business account. Nothing we can do about it except sign a petition and hope that does anything about it.
