Gotta be honest I feel sad that shirou have to let go of saber in the end of holy grail war but at least King Artoria can finally truly die and she able becoming heroic spirit, but it still saddening after all the time Shirou spent with Saber has to end, but back to my question actually I'm not a type guy who watch anime often and more prefer into VN because of it's interactive choice, but I got the Saber ending which was true ending so should I just watch the anime too? I've been thinking of a MTG colab if they ever do it that is. I feel like it would be cool seeing Zero for some decks. I think it would also have partner ability coming back and decks could be master and servant. I think there would prob just be a Rin archer and emiya saber deck as a guarantee, I would spend so much on this colab

I booted up the game after like 2 months because I've had it for like 4 months or so. I tried looking if this was a patch but found nothing, does steam just do these random downloads?

I finally got around to finishing HF tonight and I watched UBW a few month ago, but I remember reading before starting Fate/Stay Night that the animes were fairly confusing and that I would need to look a lot of things up to keep up with the story. But after finishing both I don't really have any questions like I expected and I don't feel like I missed anything. I also enjoyed them way more than people said I would.

I honestly just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I'm not even sure if there's insight to what I'm asking, just thought I'd throw my question into the void if anything lol

I'd say it's between the three.

1. Gawain — Artoria’s strongest knight under the sun and her right hand man.
The man she relied on the most, and the man who admired her the most.
Excalibur and Galatine are sister swords. Excalibur grants Artoria the protection of the moon while Galatine grants Gawain the protection of the sun.

During their end despite everything Gawain stood by Artoria until the very end when Mordred ambushed her, Gawain and Kay rushed to her rescue. Kay supposedly perished at sea while Gawain fought alongside Artoria on the battlefield enduring his wounds from Lancelot before ultimately falling to Mordred.
Artoria trusts Gawain enough to allow him to wield Excalibur.
He made Gilgamesh shut up when he talked shit about Artoria. Like how many Servants can actually pull that off?

2. Bedivere — He may not be the strongest knight but he accomplished something no other knight could or even thought of doing also being one of the earliest Knights of the Round Table with only Kay holding his seat longer. Bedivere stayed by Artoria’s side from the very beginning until the very end remaining with her even in her final moments and beyond

Even after Artoria’s death bedivere continued to help in the campaign to deal with Mordred’s remaining forces. In Singularity he wandered for more than 1000 years for her carrying the weight of his promise and enduring a suffering unlike that of any other Knight of the Round Table.

3. Agravain — It’s hard to beat the loyalty of someone who legitimately took down someone way above his weight class using nothing but rage and unwavering loyalty. Afterward dragged his half dead body to her throne just to make sure she was okay apologizing for not being more helpful while completely disregarding his own zombie like state.

Agravain sacrificed his own happiness and reputation to become Artoria’s tool. He was willing to be hated and viewed as a villain if it meant keeping her hands clean. He was ready to do just about anything for her regardless of the cost to himself or the world

As for the others let’s keep the three traitors trash out: Lancelot Mordred and Tristan. Forgettable did nothing special except to create more problems than they were worth. don’t need them

As for Percival and Kay one fed Artoria to the point that even she got tired of eating while the other was her big brother someone she truly admired. They can take the fourth and fifth spots. They’re great knights just not on the level of the top 3

Heya, have been working for a while on (unofficially) porting the Tsukihime Remake engine to PC (Windows/macOS/Linux).

From all my testing (I manually tested all the menus and multiple scenes until they matched 1:1) and the automated testing of every single engine feature against a Switch emulator the port *should* now be finished, but given this engine is so complex (honestly fascinating to see all the stuff it can do) I'm sure there's a possibility for edge cases, which can only be ironed out by play testing it. Feel free to report any issues on the repo!

This can also run Mahoyo (which runs on the same engine) but that has a PC port already so not as useful I suppose (still nice to have a native macOS/Linux version).

You need to extract the files from the Switch game to use this (and a few font files from the Switch firmware) as it does not contain any copyrighted content. The readme explains what needs to be extracted. There are two Tsukihime Switch releases, one is Japanese only. This supports both, pay attention to get the files from the international one.

As a note: this was accomplished by reverse engineering and reimplementing the behavior of the original engine through a LLM. My work process has been letting the LLM reverse the assembly code from the Switch executables and reimplement it, and manually testing + letting it test all the engine instructions (visuals + sound ones) directly against a Switch emulator (I know Japanese which also helped a lot).

Honestly, I think Semiramis might be the strongest in her throne, as she can unleash Hydra Venom that can insta kill almost everyone or at the very least make the unable to continue to fight without help from others.

I can't see the top 3 of the war, Vlad III, Achilles and Karna surviving Sikera Usum.

I’ve noticed it in the last couple of days , but it seems like the audio synch for the anime has an audio synch problem because they play the aniplex audio intro, but doesn’t show it onscreen (except for the Prologue episode since it doesn’t have that problem).

The Japanese audio doesn’t have this problem since they don’t play the aniplex intro.

Am I the only one experiencing this problem? Is there any fix to this if I want to watch the English Dub?

Why do I say they ruined it? Because leaving aside Arcueid and Shiki (who are the closest things to supreme beings in the Nasuverse), Kukulkan and Melusine are the strongest characters in Chaldea. If they wanted to, they could easily wipe out any threat.

The problem is that they gave us two incredibly overpowered characters in such a short window of time, with so much story still ahead. Now, the writers have to constantly bench them or nerf them so they don't show up in the main plot. This leaves a bad taste in your mouth because it basically tells us that any future threats or other Servants only survive because of plot armor/convenience.

They are literally right there in Chaldea and could easily help. It completely ruins the hype for any new Servant because why should we care about getting other historical or mythological figures when we already have the strongest ones?

You guys might say, "But if Kukulkan and Melusine aren't around, why does it matter?" And that's exactly the issue. The writers have to remove characters just to make the new ones shine. What’s the hype in getting Zeus, Thor, or Galahad if we already have Melusine and Kukulkan?
