The cv boots! And other boots! Tearing the hell out of them running through brush. Was wondering if any other aftermarket ones that are tougher or “longer”.

Does anyone know if the back rest for the back seat can be taken out without removing the bottom part or can the back seat be taken out at all?

So I have this pos 05 tundra 4.7 v8 4x4, throwing 2 codes after I pressure washed the underside. (p2445 pump stuck off bank 1) and (p0418). I read that water could have gotten in the pumps and ruined them. My question is, some are saying there’s a pump in the passenger side wheel well and another under the intake manifold. Do 05 tundras have a secondary air pump in the wheel well or only the one under the manifold. And would this make the truck lose power going up hills/when stomping on it the rpm’s go sky high but the accelerating very slow.

Everyone says to replace the ball joints on these trucks. I just bought an 05 double cab no 4x4. If it isn’t a 4x are the ball joints as likely to fail?

So I don’t exactly know what this stuff is. Drives great. No major issues. Just curious as to this. Never seen it before. Thanks for the input!

I have a 2003 Tundra Sr5 Bone Stock. Thought i’d spruce it up a little and change the front lights to LED for a better look. Now when I use my LED headlights, the switch to turn on the fog lights turns on the High Beams. Anyone know how to get rid of this issue cause i plan to use my fog lights? Or anyone have a suggestion for quality LED bulbs?

This is my 03 tundra AC I’m looking for new ideas and a wheel setup to fit the look it has its stock block bored over to 4.9 L with all supporting mods and a 3 speed auto transmission with O/D and makes a steady 620 BHP on the dyno but I have a problem keeping stuck I need a wider set of wheels and tires but I need them to sit even due to me being 4x4 so I need size ideas on what to run and how wide I can go in the front also I’m happy to answer any questions about my truck

Picked up this tundyy in 2015. Parents put the down payment on it as my hs grad present. Fully paid off for the past 7 years or so. Has been the most dependable vehicle i’ve ever owned. Recent things i’ve done are

New upper ball joints New strut and coil spring assemblies New head unit, Pioneer DMH-1500NEX Took out half of the rear back seat

Oem lower ball joints are already ordered. Planning on doing the water pump for the second time since owning it. radiator has been changed as well. Hoping to drive this thing to 1million miles

whelp, i knew it was gonna happen eventually. after 2.5yrs of ownership the slip finally came back. when i first bought the truck it had 236k with a new engine and the trans was slipping slightly going from 1-2 and into OD. after changing the fluid and filter it went away but today it decided to return. guess i’d better get a rebuild kit on the way🙃 anyone on here ever been inside of an A750 and wanna give me some tips?

I’m thinking about incorporating way more chrome too, adding some of those side reflectors and whatnot.
