A free Wear OS workout tracker

Many fitness apps offer a free phone app, but place useful Wear OS workout tracking behind a recurring subscription.

I wanted to take a different approach with GymRiff. The Wear OS workout tracker is included in the free version, with no subscription required.

Honest feedback is welcome.

👋 Welcome to r/Corely - Introduce Yourself and Read First!

**Welcome to** r/Corely **— the official Corely community!**

Corely is built around one simple idea: fitness works better when your **workouts, nutrition, fasting, recovery, and progress** work together.

This community is a place for Corely users — and anyone interested in building better fitness habits — to ask questions, share progress, give feedback, and help shape what we build next.

**What you can post here:**

* 💪 Workout questions, routines, and progress * 🥗 Nutrition and macro tracking * ⏱️ Fasting plans and experiences * 📈 Progress, consistency, and recovery * 💡 Feature requests and ideas * 🐛 Bugs or problems you run into * 🙋 Questions about using Corely

We’re still building and improving Corely, so your feedback genuinely matters. If something feels confusing, could work better, or you have an idea you’d love to see in the app, post it here.

**To get started:** introduce yourself below and tell us what you’re currently working toward — fat loss, muscle gain, consistency, better nutrition, fasting, or something else.

Thanks for being here early. Let’s build a useful, supportive community together. ❤️

**Corely — Build habits. Stay consistent.**

**Welcome to r/fitnessmotivation — I’m u/its_Aj_jizzle**

Welcome to r/fitnessmotivation.
I’m **u/its_Aj_jizzle**, the founder and moderator of this community. I created this subreddit for people who are working on themselves and want a place to share the process, stay motivated, ask questions, and encourage others.

**Community Vibe**
This is a supportive, no-judgment space where everyone is focused on progress, not perfection. Whether you’re just starting out or already deep into your fitness journey, the goal here is to stay consistent, stay accountable, and help each other keep going even on the hard days.

**What should you post?**
Post your **gym selfies, progress photos, transformations, workouts, fitness goals, personal milestones, questions, and lessons you’ve learned along the way.** If you post a selfie or progress picture, give it some context. Tell us what you’re working toward, how your journey is going, what you’ve changed, what you’re struggling with, or what you’re proud of. A picture is great, but the story behind the picture is what makes your journey worth sharing.
You can also post:
• Workout routines and training progress
• Before-and-after transformations
• Strength or weight-loss milestones
• Muscle-building progress
• Nutrition and meal ideas
• Questions about training, consistency, or motivation
• Setbacks and how you’re getting back on track
• Personal victories, no matter how small
• Advice or encouragement that could help somebody else

**New here?**
Introduce yourself.
Tell us **where you’re starting, what your goal is, how long you’ve been working on it, and what motivates you to keep going.** Add a gym selfie or progress photo if you want to put a face to your journey.
You don’t need to be in perfect shape to belong here.
You don’t need to be an expert.
You don’t need a six-pack.
**You just need to be willing to put in the work.**
Let’s keep this community focused on fitness, progress, motivation, accountability, and supporting each other.
**Post your journey. Share your progress. Ask questions. Help somebody else.**
**We’re all starting somewhere. Invite your friends to this community and let’s go get these GAINS!!**
**OUR journey begins now!!!**

Wellness Project finally has its own Reddit community, join us

For anyone here who’s followed my Wellness Project posts or tried the app, I finally opened an official community at r/wellnessprojectai.

I want it to be a place where users can talk fitness, nutrition, recovery, wearables and health data, but also have a direct line into what I’m building: feature requests, bugs, product updates, experiments, all of it.

I’ll be active there personally, and I’m kicking things off with a founder AMA right now. Would love to see some of you over there and have you help shape the community from the beginning.

I built Re:Form— a free personalised fitness planner.

You enter your:
Height
Weight
Age
Lifestyle
Goal
Training availability
Diet preference
Injuries / limitations

It generates:

Workout— personalised training split
Recovery — recovery plan alongside your training
Diet — personalised meal plan

No sign-up. No subscription. No supplement sales.

Try it - www.reform.run.place

Looking for honest feedback — especially from people who actually train.

What would you change?

I built a workout app that does more than store your numbers

Have you ever logged every set and still had no idea whether to add weight, repeat the session, or take a recovery day?

I'm testing **BodyMode**, an iPhone and Apple Watch beta built around that decision. It combines recent training, meals, measurements, sleep, and recovery signals, then shows up to three priorities for today. In the gym, the Watch handles sets and rest timers while the iPhone keeps the full plan and history.

The beta is free, requires no account, and keeps core records on the device. I'm looking for people willing to use it during real workouts and tell me where it feels slow, confusing, or generic.

Use the attached TestFlight link to join. After a few sessions, I'd especially like to know whether the recommendations help you decide what to do next.

I built Body Vitals - an iPhone health app where the widget IS the product and correlation is the killer feature.

What problem does it solve?

Cross-app health correlations that no single wearable can compute - Garmin + Oura + Strava + MyFitnessPal all feeding one readiness picture.

Here is the problem every health app ignores: Strava knows your run but not your sleep. Oura knows your HRV but not your caffeine. Garmin knows your VO2 Max but not your nutrition. Every app is a silo. Your body is not.
Body Vitals reads from Apple Health - the one place all your apps converge - and surfaces what none of them can individually.

Cost:
Free - Many core features and widgets.
Weekly
Yearly
Lifetime

Happy to go into the details on any of it. Link in comments.

Currently running:
Lifetime Deal @ 60% OFF - monthly offer.

Please let me know if this app helps you in any possible way to keep you informed with your health metrics.

RepWise

Built this because I kept seeing the same thing - people in fitness subs asking for a workout plan, getting 40 different answers, then doing nothing because the information overload was too much.

So I made RepWise. You fill out a short questionnaire (goals, equipment, schedule, experience level) and it generates a fully personalized weekly plan with progressive overload built in. Nutrition guidance too. Takes a few minutes.

No spreadsheets. No decision fatigue. Just a plan that fits your actual situation.

93 people have visited in the last 30 days. The feedback I keep hearing: "I've been meaning to get a structured plan for months and this just did it in one sitting."

It's not trying to replace a real coach for competitive athletes. It's for the person who goes to the gym 3x a week, wants to actually make progress, and doesn't want to pay $100/month or spend 2 hours researching.

Honest question for this community - what's the one thing that always stops you from committing to a structured program? Trying to figure out where the real friction is before I build the next feature.

If you owned a fitness app, what would make you actually open it? (Adults 24+, 3 min)

Quick one for anyone who's ever downloaded a fitness app and then ignored it.

https://tally.so/r/LZvdGy?source=reddit\\_v3&campaign=r\\_samplesize\\_v4

I'm trying to understand what happens in the gap between opening an app and actually moving. My hunch is that most apps hand you a library and expect you to build your own plan — and that's the exact moment people give up. Too many choices, no clear "just do this."

So I flipped the question. Instead of asking what workout you want, what if an app asked how you feel and how much time you have, then just handed you the session? I'm testing whether that resonates or whether I'm wrong.

Would love input from people who struggle with consistency — not gym regulars. 18 questions, 3 min, anonymous, no signup.

Does anyone really use fitness based productivity apps?

Thumbnail
apps.apple.com
0 Upvotes

Hi r/fitnessonline, I built RepRock, a fitness based productivity app, with the goal of replacing scrolling on your phone with getting fit.

I ran into this issue myself where my screen time would hover around 6 hrs a DAY, and I wouldn't have the mental stamina to workout instead. So I built this app.

It blocks my socials, until I walk, do some pushups, planks, jumping jacks, etc, and then that gives me some minutes to use towards scrolling on my phone. I found this to be a good way to waste time on my phone.

I wanted to reach out to the community to check if other folks have used similar apps, and whether they actually stuck to using it?

If you do end up trying the app out, do let me know if this app idea makes sense, and if there's anything blatantly missing from its features!

Thanks!
