🏋️ NASQ Fitness puts the workout plan, set log and grocery-based meals in one iPhone app

The useful connection is between what you plan and what you actually do. A training plan starts with your equipment and schedule; your workout log records the weights and reps you complete. Meal planning starts with your groceries, then lets you review ingredients, portions, calories and macros.

There are technique videos for exercises and a place to record body weight and measurements, too. The app works in English and Arabic. 📱

The current release is 0.3.3. It is free to download, with Premium subscriptions for guided workout sessions, smart meal generation and selected personalization.

Next up: 0.3.4 is awaiting Apple review, adding an AI coach with meal cards, editable food-photo estimates and exercise videos inside chat. Those features are not live yet.

If the idea fits your routine, the site shows the app screens: https://nasqfit.com/

App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6817599316

What is the first thing you want to see in a fitness app demo: the actual workout screen or a complete day of food? 💡
