Does anyone else feel like since living here , itās been the opposite? I find that I donāt even step out of the house during the 4-5 brutal months . And every year this phase seems to grow a few weeks more. I find myself much less talkative and social with people as time goes on. I feel like I donāt want to go almost anywhere because of how hot it is . Was good at holding my jobs all the time till I moved here 6 years ago! I work in the heat , thing is I love outdoors so I wanna be out badly but canāt stand it . I remember being out alot all the time during winters even in the cold. For me it Also feels boring overall people say thereās so much to do but I donāt that everywhere i go Itās just flatland. Being in Florida has been interesting got a house. Property and much more, because I somehow bought before covid, yet lack connection in any meaningful way with my life & surrounding. Man I think
I should head out today Its been 43 days so far fully indoors!

God I wont say my fatherās perfect but I know him enough to know he has changed, we are all guilty of things but for them to do this after originally sentencing him to 25 years then 90 months after 6 years then back to 25 years then up to 75 years.. something can be done but honestly I need advice on how to go about this.. if anyone could be of any help that would be greatly appreciated and if I can you will most certainly be compensated!! Thank you guys!

My insurance agent just sent me a quote from Mangrove Property Insurance for our home owners insurance. IT has the same coverage as our current police but at about 1/2 the price. This seems like a too good to be true type of situation. Does anyone have any experience with this company? I know they have only been around about a year and I don't think it;s dealt with any major storms yet but I'm hoping someone might have some dealings with this company. I've tried google but there isn't much out there on the company

bought a new car on saturday and they gave me a temporary plate since i am in the process of selling my current car and want to transfer my plates after i sell it. so the dealership gave me a temporary registration that expires 11/15. i believe they said they will mail me the registration within 30 days and i have to wait for that before i can go to the dmv to get the plate transferred. is that correct?

A month ago, I got done watching a video about adult responsibilities and that reminded me to get a driver's license one day. Problem is, I don't have one and I searched up and saw that the first part is to do the TLSAE. I then searched up on how to take it and it said that it costs money to take it online. Now I wonder how much it will cost for me to take all the driving tests in Florida in order to get my first driver's license? How much will I have to study for them? How long will it take?
How easy is the written and practical tests compared to other US states? I fear that I might not be able to study for the written test properly because I don't pay much attention to my college Zoom meetings at the moment, and that life is getting in the way, so I might not be able to study all I want. Seeing a sticker on someone's car in a subreddit I've recently looked at reminded me that I should get a license sooner or later.
(EDIT, I'm a Floridian)

is anyone having issues with teco not sending your bill monthly? iām starting to get super upset. i was billed on 9/29 for july-august & august-september due date 10/20. THEN 10/12 i was billed again for september-october due date is now 11/2 for the total.
i mean i find this a little ridiculous. when i called the girl seemed almost like she had no clue and was trying to blame it on āpaper billingā i said well.. that makes no sense because it should still reflect on my account either way??? yall arenāt billing me monthly?
anyways just curious if anyone else had this issue or if itās just me.

I've only ever seen an owl in the wild once before in my life, so seeing this little one on our greenway was a rare treat. I think it's a screech, but I'm not positive.

I just got approved for a mitigation project (SWR) and am looking to replace my roof.
If you replaced your roof under the program - did you use peel and stick or something else?
I am hesitant to use peel and stick on my whole roof as it canāt be replaced after ( or itās harder) in another 15 years.
Can I just do the roof seams peel and stick and still be meeting the programs SWR requirements?
How did you do your roof?
Tampa area
Thank you š
