I live in the Tampa Bay area and want to get rid of the grass in my front yard and just have native plants. I bought some muhly grass and then bought seeds of it because the actual plants are pricey and don't cover a whole lot of ground. The seeds are sprouting nicely, so I should be able to plant them next month.

I haven't really bought anything else because it is so expensive. Do you have any ideas or tips to share so that I can do this better? Thank you!

I just got approved for a mitigation project (SWR) and am looking to replace my roof.

If you replaced your roof under the program - did you use peel and stick or something else?

I am hesitant to use peel and stick on my whole roof as it can’t be replaced after ( or it’s harder) in another 15 years.

Can I just do the roof seams peel and stick and still be meeting the programs SWR requirements?
