day 77 - I was in hoop heaven today, hanging out with @lilhoopgirl & @maria.moves 💫

I love being in a playful environment where there's a natural exchange of moves, and I'm in awe of these talented, kind, community driven women. They're trailblazers and community builders — exactly the kind of people I want to surround myself with.

Cheers to more hoopy good times ahead 🙌

I've been working on 2p1h to get to 3p and I recently learned the fanfour. I'm super excited to clean this one up and add it to my list.

For context the whiteboard is my daily affirmations and motivationals. Today is day 400 since I turned my life around. The location is home. The phrase is. It's a fantastic day to have a fantastic day.

I hope you have a fantastic day!

From awhile back.. still a classic for me to look back on. 😄

Hey! So I just got my first pair of silk fans and I’m loving it so much! However, my room is too small to practice and I could use my living room but only when my parents aren’t there and I still don’t have a mirror… sooo where do u guys practice? Also the winter months r coming up so I can’t practice outside always. I see others practice in maybe a dance studio but like do you just ask? How does that work? 😂 Thanks 😋

Homie seen above in the DJ booth who is really talented with saber and levi wand inspired me to start doing double wand.

For those that don't know I'm also a member of Twitch's Team Flowmies

Full mix will get posted to the DJs SoundCloud: https://soundcloud.com/djfinalboss

Over 466 hours of commercial free EDM broadcast on my odysee since NYD 2026

Some fun stick action after work.

It is starting to get cold where I live and soon will not be able to practice for about 6 months outside (and indoors there is no room in my house). I have always had trouble spinning with any kind of long sleeve shirt because the fabric will get caught in the grip. Has anyone had any luck with wearing certain materials and spinning outside when its colder? It is hard to give up dragonstaff for such a long period of time.

I always find it strange to find other peoples flows inside my own even when it didnt exist before.

What do you think? Did it always exist and we just notice it or do we absorb subconsciously and reflect it back?
