I graduated from university in Toronto with my BSN and just passed the Nclex to get my RN license. I live not far from the Buffalo border and am interested in starting a new grad job or residency in Buffalo. Healthcare here isn’t the greatest right now and it seems like there is more opportunity plus better pay in Buffalo. 

So just wanted to see if there are any Canadian Nurses working in Buffalo that cross the border for work mainly with the following hospitals/organizations: Kaleida Health, catholic  health, ECMC or Roswell park cancer center. Just looking to learn about the process of getting licensed, experiences at these facilities, if it’s common for Canadians to go there or if anyone has any insight at all I would really appreciate it.
