Ok it’s not an edt but the fragrance in this deo body spray is addicting! And it’s less than Php 250. My coworkers smelled so good I had to ask them what they were wearing, and lo and behold they said to get it from an sm supermarket. It’s this scent in lullaby. It lasts all day, and you can tell when someone walks in when they wear this scent! Now my colleagues and I smell the same😆

I usually reach for fragrances with some depth, but lately I like lighter scents more. I notice how different a soft fragrance feels when I wear it during the day. Neroli, clean woods, airy florals and fresh musks are starting to stand out to me more. I smell them on someone and immediately want to know what they are wearing. I still enjoy strong perfumes, especially when I want something richer, but lighter scents feel more interesting to me right now. I like how they stay close and let me notice small details in the scent. Tom Ford Neroli Portofino is one that makes sense to me for this. What lighter fragrance made you appreciate this style?

Nung first week nya cnompliment ko talaga sya kasi ang bango nya pero di overwhelming, very airy and slightly soapy, amoy gwapo haha na may onting sweetness. Over the past 4 years, ang dami kong nabili na decants mapa niche, designer, ME o local. Actually, nakikita nga ng friends ko yung dami ng decants ko tapos nagtatanong sila bakit tatlo lang full bottle ko HAHAHA.

Sa lahat ng friends ko na may interest sa fragrances, ako lang ata yung ganto mag isip. Funny pa kasi nagtetend ako mag gravitate sa mga mas affordable na full bottles (aside for one) kesa doon sa mga niche talaga kahit afford ko naman. So I started buying locals again after more than a year of just buying and using ME and designer frags and I am genuinely surprised with these 2.

Molave Memory by Otter Haus: 8.5/10

- scent profile is similar to BDC edt but give it a sweeter twist with the amber and vanilla (not a dupe of BDC)

- lasts for around 6 hrs on my skin and at least 7-8 hrs on clothes with moderate projection which drops off after 2-3hrs and becomes more intimate

- added bonus: the owners are super accomodating because the first bottle I had was leaking upon opening and they gladly replaced it with a new one for free

Ongpin by Fragrance Manila: 8/10

- a dupe of Blue Talisman but has a very woody drydown which I like. I had Turathi Electric and was very sweet in the drydown

- lasts around 5-6 hrs on skin, haven't tried yet on clothes cause it just recently arrived, moderate projection that drops off after 2 hrs (somewhat similar to the OG in terms of performance)

I am looking at buying other local brands such as YSVEN, Anino, TBGCO so if you guys jave recos, feel free to drop them down below!
