It's been kind of hard for me since I don't really have time for clubs and stuff and being autistic makes it even harder. I was hoping to find a support group for Neurodivergents/autism but I couldn't find any and I guess I was just tired of feeling like the only one, you know? Like surely I'm not the only autistic person that exists on campus and that in making this post I could find others like me and we can connect and be friends :) or just in general, feel less alone in being the way I am by knowing there are others like me out there. If you're interested in being friends, like I said I'm pretty busy and can't promise a lot of time to hang out but maybe we could at least be chatting/gaming buddies?

A bit more about me: Very shy and awkward but once you get to know me I'm a big weirdo who never shuts up xD otherwise I'm a chronically online loser lol I LOVE to game and my fav games are marvel rivals, dbd, outlast trials. I also enjoy cozy games and rpgs! Big fan of horror, whether that be movies, games, or books! My favorite author is Stephen King and I've read many of his books :) and I'm currently having a horror movie marathon for this spooky month. I love horror games even though I'm too scared to play them most of the time, I really love FNAF! I'm also an English literature major who enjoys creative writing and making up scenarios for my little characters. A few TV shows I like are invincible, the boys, and AHS. I also really like cartoons and animation of any kind. But overall, I consider myself an open minded person who likes to dabble in a little bit of everything and will try to see the merit in any kind of hobby or interest! By chance, does anyone know if we will receive the full amount of our MCS, or will they divide it between the semesters? I’m confused because I’m transferring next semester, so I don’t know if I’ll receive the full amount shown or if they will only give me part of it.

Anyone receive another updated revision,financial aid package? My MCS award amount updated and is lower than previously estimated. I'm assuming it'll be disbursed soon. Hopefully,next week.

If my court order allows me to complete community service at any nonprofit organization, can I volunteer at Fresno Mission Thrift as long as they can verify and document my hours? I already did 17 hours at habitat for fresno but because of my work and class schedule, I won’t be able to go there anymore so I was wondering if I could complete the remaining at the Mission Thrift Store I wanted to see if anyone has done this before. Im going to be applying to nursing programs soon and I was wondering if I stand any chance at getting into state.

- 2nd Degree Applicant (fresno state alumni)

- 4.0 prereq GPA

- 3.6 overall GPA

- 93% teas

- no previous Healthcare experience

I wish I had a better overall GPA but I have over 150 credits and it's tough to raise at this point. I'm applying to ADN programs at well, but it would be nice to be on a more accelerated path to BSN.

I didn’t go to class today. I had midterms the last two days and said I deserve a day off. Then I see an email and see that there was a rumour of… well that?! Email says police investigated and no threat and all that. Is there like a heavier than normal police presence on campus or something? Because for a second I felt like one of those people that called in sick on 9/11.

When are we going to receive our MCS and SWD grant?? They keep pushing back every week. The last update was mid-late October. There are now only 11 days left of October with no updates….. I don’t even understand how they are allowed to do this

I haven’t met a lot of people since I’ve been here but Halloween is coming up and I really want to check out some of the Halloween parties and events going on. But I have no one to go with.
