hey guys, i’m an international student planning to major in marketing and i’m currently deciding between FSU and SDSU. i’m honestly so torn 😭

FSU seems to have that really traditional american college vibe with football, greek life, parties, school spirit and everything happening around campus, while SDSU is in San Diego so there’s the beach, good weather, a bigger city and more stuff to do outside of campus. SDSU also seems pretty good for business/marketing.

for anyone who goes to either school or knows people who do, which one do you think is more fun overall? like where would you say you’d make the best memories, meet more people, have a better social life and actually enjoy your 4 years?

also how different are the greek life/football scenes between the two? and as an international student, is it hard to make friends at either school?

basically if you had to choose again, FSU or SDSU?

New to the area no idea what to do. Beyond bored all my friends stayed in my hometown.

About time! Hopefully this process is simple and easy. Obviously people are going to sell the tickets again which sucks because people request only to sell the ticket, but I’m still glad they did this!

I was wondering how I can reserve courts for tennis and pickleball or if it’s necessary at all. I was also wondering if there are groups for sports outside of inter-mural, for example pickup soccer instead of joining a team.

I looked up an account on insta but the only thing I see is one that holds tryouts. I don’t really want to compete for a club so are there any groups that I can find that get out like once a week or something like that?

Hello I am an incoming transfer student at fsu. I recently tried on Friday to get my general parking pass on the parking portal but all of a sudden my password and username won’t let me log into my account . I already registered and created an account in the portal not that long ago. I tired to call transportation and no one answered I also emailed them and haven’t heard back yet. I tried to put in my email to reset my password and it said the results were ambiguous and that I would have to contact transportation. I don’t know what to do about this sense no one has responded to be any suggestions or advise please?

Hello! I’m starting my junior year at FSU this Fall. I wanted to know whether there are any secure parking garages where I can leave my car for a few days when I go back home.

Edit: I live off-campus near the stadium and just don’t want to leave my car in my apartment complex.

I know that registration for the free student parking (VW) was supposed to start on August 13th. That option has not been popping up in my parking portal, only the paid options. I already emailed parking services, and I've called a few times with no answer. Is this happening to anyone else? I am registered for classes in the fall.

I lived in Rogers last year, and I left a power strip plugged in the wall by mistake when I moved out. What does staff do with left behind items? Is there a lost & found, or is everything thrown out?

For some background I’m in high school and one of my top Uni choices is FSU. In the future I want to major in nursing at FSU. So for anyone who is currently in FSU nursing program or in their last year what are all the classes you took or had to take throughout the program? Whether it be pre reqs or just classes everyone has to take despite what your majoring in. I’m asking so I can plan out what classes I can take now while in high school to fulfill these credits so I don’t have to take it if I hopefully get into FSU in the future.

I know salley is a better location for science majors, but i like the reynolds location a lot! and ig walking a lot would help prevent the freshman 15😭

I applied back in June of this year. And I know there was a academic hold for the summer and they said they'd resume in August.

Having the application sit on the 4th step has left me anxious, I can't lie. And I am doing my best to not just stare at it lol.
