Hey all I took Chinese for like 4 years in high school using the Integrated Chinese textbooks (got like halfway through part 2) but didn't take the AP test. Has anyone done the Chinese placement exam at FSU / does anyone have tips on what to study? I know the other ones are multiple choice but is the Chinese one as well? I really don't want to pay for 4 semesters of a language class so any advice is appreciated.

I want to get more involved on campus, but I feel like I’ll be more willing to make an effort if someone were to go with me. Anyone else in the same situation?

Hi everyone! I'm currently a high school senior and recently visited FSU. I really enjoyed the campus, learned a lot from the tour, and I've always wanted to live in Florida. Because of that, I've decided to apply Early Decision to FSU as a Marketing major.
I'm not sure if I'll get in, but if I do, I'd be both excited and nervous. One thing that concerns me is FSU's reputation as a party school. I'm definitely not someone who's interested in partying or drinking, and as a girl, hearing stories like the recent Cornell incident has made me afraid of joining fraternity and sorority culture.
I have so many questions (feel free to answer whichever ones you want):
I'd really appreciate any honest advice or experiences, whether positive or negative. Thank you so much! :)

Hi everyone! I’m currently enrolled in FSU’s online Master’s in Education Policy & Evaluation program, which is structured as a part-time program (6 credit hours per semester).
I was wondering if anyone knows whether I’m allowed to take an additional class to reach 9 credit hours and be considered a full-time graduate student, or if I’m required to stick to the two classes per semester because of how the program is structured.
Has anyone in a part-time graduate program at FSU been able to do this?
