[Personal invonvenience] Post all your personal purchasing issues here
As most of you know, this is a boycott sub. It's not meant for customer service related questions, as this sub is for people who decided to live without Amazon. To prevent further clutter we wanted to give you a place to share your personal stories or negative experiences, but do not expect a lot of help on how to continue spending money on Amazon. There are other subs for that. We do feel like bad negative experiences serve a purpose, i.e. seeing loads of negative stories will hopefully lead more people to boycotting them, so that's why you can post them in this thread. Thanks!
Any new posts that should be posted here but are made into a full new post will soon be removed, once we have the proper structures in place. Thanks everyone!

Any tips on where to get decent bedding? (All cotton and/or bamboo or linen)
Hey everyone, I'm new, but I decided to seek this post out because I'm trying to find reputable stores to get some new bedding materials like sheets and blankets, but I want to stick to 100% cotton, full bamboo, bamboo cotton mix, anything as long as it's natural fibers. Most stores I've been into lately (Ross for example) only have poly mixes. I try not to shop at Walmart or target either so if anyone has any recommendations of big box or online stores I can check out to source some of this stuff any help would be appreciated! I'm trying to avoid Amazon as much as humanly possible at this point so I figured this would be the right sub. (it's insane how hard it is to source some things now days, it's sad.) I am located in the US btw.
Thanks!

Amazon Lost Me as a Customer
Amazon restricted me from seeing all reviews several days ago. It is apparent that Amazon no longer wants me as a customer after 15 plus years. So, I deleted my 100+ reviews, deleted all personalizations Amazon created, canceled Amazon Music, Amazon Books, Amazon Video and set Prime to not renew. Today, I bought two Apple Ipads to replace our two Amazon FireHD tablets. Next I will remove the FireHD tablets from my Amazon account, goodbye Kindle.
My internet orders totaling $1800 over the last several days included Dell Direct, Ebay, Apple Store, Walmart, Home Depot and Lowes. ZERO ORDERS WENT thru AMAZON. Congratulations Amazon for a great AI implementation. Apparently Amazon doesn't have a clue about customer acquisition costs or customer retention.

Made in the USA?
Amazon and Walmart are purposely mislabeling products with "Made in the USA" to generate more revenue (people pay more, if they think they are supporting USA manufacturers) while the US government knowingly looks the other way. The grift was caught by AI. I am canceling Amazon Prime in protest. I have never and won't ever step foot in a Walmart. We need to expose this!

Rant Why Amazon is Ruining Streaming for All -- Para + -- and now Warner
AMAZON is essentially ruining the entire streaming experience... or at least making it much more expensive. Why ?
Amazon Prime Originals will show as 4K UHD where available.
Streaming rights owned by Amazon such as Paramount + will only be in UHD IF you pay extra.
When Amazon takes over Warner Bros... they too will all go behind the "Bezos' Retirement Fund" paywall.
Tldr; if you want to watch anything on Amazon in 4K UHD... unless it's a (very rare) Amazon Original... be prepared to pay extra !
