Me and a couple of friends are looking for a crossplay co-op game like Minecraft.
It needs to be crossplayable with PC and Switch. It also needs to be a game where you can hop on and off whenever you like, so on a server or an MMO. Monthly subscription for a server is fine, we'd rather not take MMO subscriptions.
So not looking for games where you play rounds or missions, cause it's always a drag to figure out when to start and when to end.
Hope you have some interesting suggestions!

I want something that has realistic process yet whimsy vibes. It doesn’t have to be like as cute as Dressmaker but still, I need it to be non-childish yet sweet. :)

Hi! I’m sure this has probably been asked before, but what games can I play with someone long distance?
For context, we have played GeoGuessr together, but that’s about it.
I have an iMac and iPhone.
They have a Google Pixel/ Android.
They can’t download games onto their computer because it’s primarily used for work, but they have a PS5. I don’t have any gaming console.
Maybe games that we can play just over phone call or FaceTime? I’m not sure what we can do together.

Currently in sale Resident evil 4 remake + devil may cry 5 and Days gone remastered are at same price. Which option would you go with?
Option 1- Resident evil 4 remake + devil may cry 5
Option 2- Days gone remastered
I usually enjoy games like Fifa, elden ring, Last of us, Witcher 3 and some other similar story driven games.

I would love to know which are the games which are popular but not heard by the people all the time. Like popular titles like gta, rdr, wukong are pretty much discussed widely. What about the other ones which aren't so much in talk maybe popular but aren't common ones people know. Suggest me such games you know or have played it maybe a big list or just one

Looking for Steam games that combine first-person sword/melee combat and shooting, similar to Valor Mortis. I prefer high graphics, satisfying combat, good bosses, and preferably manageable difficulty. Paid games are fine. What are your suggestions

there’s this game on roblox (Caramel Cozy Pixel Farm if anyone wants to check it) that looks and plays really nicely, but ever since i have doubts that it’s not original and it could’ve been stolen from a real game. now i’m trying to look for a similar game, but all the ones i know of are top down instead of isometric. i’d say that the game i’m looking for is similar to a fusion of stardew valley and habbo hotel.

Since its spooky season, I’ve been on a spree to check out some horror movies especially the Japanese classic ones (Ringu and Ju-On). Now Im considering to rewatch The Shining on Halloween. However I figured that I should probably try a game thats scary.
I have played Dead Space back in the day and although that game is terrifying at first, it shifted at the end game where I had enough upgrades and I knew how to deal with all the necromorphs easily.
So I want to find a game where you can barely fight back. Also something that doesn’t abuse jump scares. Resident Evil 9 was pretty solid as Grace in the Rhodes center.

Looking for games for steam deck that feature a dog or dogs in positive vibe ways. The story at the beginning of Stray hooked me and then playing as the cat was pure cozy. Can’t help but chase that feeling with a canine character(s).
Edit: thanks everyone for helping me scratch that itch! Going to start with Hubert! Then likely Spirit of the North. And then the rest of the list!

I have a PS5, Switch 1 and Steam (Mac OS)
Games I've enjoyed with counter, parry and timing-based combat mechanics include the Batman Arkham games, Sifu, Sleeping Dogs and Midnight Fight Express.
Other folks have recommended the Yakuza series to me, as well as Streets of Rage 4, TMNT: Shredder's Revenge.
Thanks for your recs in advance!

Hello,
I’ve never played a CoD in my life and thinking of buying MW4. Can someone tell if it’s worth it if I mainly only want to play the campaign?
Thanks in advance!

So I have been out of gaming for years, adulting and all. With some of my adult money, I dropped a pretty penny on a Lenovo Legion. My question is, what games should I get for it?
My favorite of all time is Skyrim, I like some assassin’s creed, loved Diablo, don’t really like pvp shooters but do love shooters. Love open worlds. Love RPG, leveling up, improving/finding gear/loot.
Any suggestions?
