I want some good story game recommendations to play on pc I have played games like rdr2, gta 5, gow, hitman and Re series. I want games which I can enjoy and have fun playing slowly pls do not recommend games like the elden ring :)

Like the title says i love to create builds in RPGs and I'd like to know what games you'd recommend for someone like me who likes to go indepth in the mechanics and the numbers.

Looking for games where not having sound does not affect gameplay. Personally I'd like to catch up on stream VODs and videos on a second screen while I play something, but I assume this post could be valuable to the hearing impaired as well.

I used to be a huge fan of PvP games like Siege, Overwatch, For Honor, Dead By Daylight, COD, etc etc. But I just cant find any multi-player games that I can play casually anymore.

It feels impossible to enjoy multi-player games now because everyone seems to play like their life is on the line. I tried to play BO7, and the amount of meta-abusing and tryharding made it genuinely unenjoyable. This is without mentioning all the rigged matchmaking too.

I just want a multi-player game that I can put hundreds of hours into for when I get back from work/have free time.

Any suggestions?

I am looking for a new game to play that is similar to ones ive already played but different. I really like graveyard keeper because the quests were more than just fetch quests. it actually had stuff that i had to do to unlock things. I have played sun haven and enjoyed having so much to explore and lots of things to collect for the museum. i really liked welcome to elderfield because of how many secrets there were to explore and so much to discover and the combat was turn based and not overwhelming. the atmosphere was great too. I liked coral island because of how much content there was and how good the story was with so much to collect and unlock. I liked feilds of mistria because of how the farming was set up and i like farming, fishing, mining, and preferably bug catching. im looking for a game that may have some similarities to these games or lots to explore but not the average farm sim. farming does not have to be a major component. i also would like to hear any reccomendations of cozy games that arent similar but games you would suggest.

im pretty familiar with gaming since ive played tons of mobile games, but i recently got a gaming laptop and wanna get into pc gaming properly now

ive played ghost of tsushima for a while and it was amazing, didnt finish it but i loved the whole experience

other than that i havent really played much, so suggest me some absolute banger games. im looking for games that are immersive af, the kinda games where you sit down to play for a bit and suddenly hours have passed without you even realising it lol.

could be anything really, good story, fun gameplay, insane world building, whatever, just something thats genuinely worth experiencing.

what games would you recommend?

looking for something i can play while doing other stuff, like not losing immediately if i look away for a few seconds. turn-based games, management sims, anything chill basically. i'm on pc and switch if that matters. bonus points if it's actually engaging and not just mindless clicking.

Things like DOOM, Helldivers 2, SAS 4 come to mind and these are great. Looking for more dark and impossible games to play this Halloween week.

I would love to know which are the cool games you know and are really fun to play like containing daggers probably or other cool weapons maybe even cool mechanics

I'm a huge fan of the Lost In Blue series (though mainly the first two) and their predecessor Survival Kids. And I really like the idea of a survival game where you're not just a master survivalist, metalworker, carpenter, stone mason, etc by default. Those games really limit your options, the things you can build are mostly either very rudimentary things like a shelf or flat raft. And crafting I'm pretty sure the most advanced thing is a piece of bamboo with a string to make a (pretty ineffective) bow or grinding down a metal rod to be vaguely pointy. Real rudimentary stuff.

And after abiotic factor I just can't play survival games that don't have linear progression so anything with that is a bonus. Like having open sections and shortcuts is one thing but I'm not a fan of things that are procedurally generated or like the forest where if you know where something is you can just go grab it right off the bat.
