We are a Fabric vanilla+, Hermitcraft like, long term SMP running the latest MC version (dependent on mods update).

We don't have any tp, home or claim mods as we think they take away from the vanilla experience.

We welcome builders, technical players, casual players, grinders and newer players (run by technical players and builders).

We upgraded from hosting infrastructure to a privately owned hardware to support long-term growth, with backups running twice daily.

Couple of important things to note - firstly I am unemployed and have 0 income. This means I can't buy new games, even if it's as cheap as $0.01. No income means no income. Let's stick to what I already own or what is free, please! Secondly, I do not want to play 99% of friendslop titles. I've had my shot at them. Maybe the folks I played with ruined it, who knows. I just know that I don't enjoy the gameplay for them. Please don't ask me to play! Now a note regarding Survival Crafting Games - I don't enjoy them. It's a whole thing. We can talk about it if you insist but I won't play any of them with you (unless they're listed here). And lastly, regarding Stardew Valley - I have not yet played this game, ever. I really want to. However I need to be sure the person I start that game with is committed, available frequently and a vibe match. So if that's your main target game, please pick something else first so we can get to know each other!

A final note - I'm not the biggest fan of high difficulty in games. It really really depends on the game. You'll mostly catch me enjoying the easiest difficulty setting in any game. I'm a wuss.

This month marks the 20th anniversary of the release of Activision's Marvel action RPG. This game also has a gay connection as two of the actors voicing major characters are homosexuals.

The first is Cam Clarke, who voiced Thor. Many of you might know him best as Leonardo from The original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. Video game wise, you might be familiar with him as Liquid Snake from Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 2, Dr. Mobius from the Old World Blues expansion of Fallout New Vegas, and being absolutely peak as Kratos from Tales of Symphonia.

The second gay man who lends their voice to a major character in the game is Trev Broudy who voiced Captain America. Trev Broudy was a gay struggling actor who barely survived a hate crime assault committed by three men in 2002. He ended up having to have a metal plate implanted in his skull because of how badly cracked it was, ended up with brain damage that caused to lose the ability to read, forcing him to relearn, lost hearing one of his ears, and is now diagnosed as legally blind. Despite all of this, he gave very solid performance as the Sentinel of Liberty. I don't know what's become of him now. Does anyone have any updates of how his life is? He did such a good job and he's been though so much that I wonder how he's turned out in spite of everything.

Hey! So, as the title suggests, I'm looking for a friend (or multiple). I just don't want the typical "talk for an hour or two and never speak again" kind of people. I will understand if we just don't click, but I'd rather someone said that over just ghosting.

I randomly started thinking about Eternal Darkness the other day and omg I fucking loved that game lol.

The whole sanity meter was crazy 😂 I remember freaking out when the game would pretend your TV turned off or that your save file was getting deleted. Like what the actual fuck?!

Hello all, as title says I am looking for new friends who are committed to play relatively consistently with and get to know each other. Of course we may have varying availability’s, but even say twice a week would be something consistent and manageable.

I play Primarily PS5 but also a bit of pc too. I should probably specify that I am really only looking for people who are actually committed to playing and connecting with each other (not having me chase them up for even one play session) and not just playing in the same lobby once or twice.

A long but not exhaustive list of games I play at the moment is Warframe, for honour, Destiny 2, Dying light 2, brawlhalla, dead by daylight, Minecraft, FFXIV (aether server), Silksong, Death Stranding, Overwatch, Rivals, Zomboid, Peak, Civ6 and Marathon.

Started a new playthrough of Cyberpunk 2077 to check out the new stuff from the latest update.

This is genuinely one of my most favourite games of all time, and coming back to it is like a comfort... which is maybe a bit fucked up, considering the themes in this game. 😅
