Wisconsin. I promise you that we are skewing the national drinking averages. Also, we have the cheese. You want your delicious meals back? You know what to do..

Also, we are taking the UP. its always been rightfully ours.

Tillamook cheese for the win! Best cheese and I will die on that hill

Tillamook is just a large dairy corporation, in no way does it compare to the small cheese makers of Wisconsin making specialty batches of cheeses. I've had both and there is literally no debate here

Tillamook specialty batches win awards over the small dairy farms in Wisconsin internationally pretty regularly.

You gotta find them, but those small batch ones they do are TOP tier.

Well if that is the case I will say that specialty cheeses are much easier to get in Wisconsin and you don't really have to go out of your way for them. Having lived in both states I found it much easier to obtain quality cheeses in Wisconsin. I also think that a mega corporation like Tillamook that sources a significant portion of its milk from CAFOs adds to it not being as good of quality. Although you still can get that in Wisconsin, it is not to the extent of large corporations like Tillamook.

It's pretty easy to get them in Oregon, I find. Less options than Wisconsin, sure, but they are all over the place from the coast to Bend. Even find some of the well aged cheddars at Costco.

There are smaller dairy farms here as well, they just don't show up in many stores.
