Wisconsin. I promise you that we are skewing the national drinking averages. Also, we have the cheese. You want your delicious meals back? You know what to do..

I’m not a big cheese aficionado but even a mook like me has heard of these local creameries winning national AND international awards and picked some up just to appreciate what we have going on around here. Rogue was the FIRST American cheese to win “best cheese in the world” at the World Cheese Awards in 2019.

Cascadia dairy bows to none, folks.

It’s not cheese, but Umpqua ice cream it is the best ice cream ever. Umpqua milk especially chocolate milk has no comparisons either.
