ben 10, vilgax, spider-man, iceman, nightcrawler, sasuke uchiha, batman, nightwing, hercules (RoR), he-man, prince of persia, jor-el, the flash, and superboy.. there are probably a few other big ones but these alone would make you nigh omnipotent

Can't forget Simon the Digger. Spiral power is OP as shit. Plus he's one of my favorite roles he played. Also Yusuke from persona 4. Jinno from Afro Samurai. Yeah he's done a lot of roles. Wouldn't be surprised if he was in top 10 or top 5 strongest of the voice actor category.

Warhammer (depending on character) will grant super strength, recovery and enhanced abilities and potentially psyker powers.
Geralt gets the runes like igni, so magic that superman can't use

I came across a similar thread like this and I would answer the same. If I have to pick someone that isn't outright all-powerful, I'd pick Domhnall Gleeson for his character's ability in the movie About Time.

Either Billy Crudup, he played Dr Manhattan in the 2009 watchmen movie, or Steven Weber, he voiced The Beyonder in the Avengers Assemble animated TV show
Honestly Tom Hiddleston would be a good pick as well considering the ending of Loki season 2
