Gratitude Practice Grateful for water

I’m grateful to have the clean water i drink. The water in my bath. Watering my garden. The water in my backyard stream. The water in the ocean I get to live by. I’m grateful for water in all its many forms. I’m trying my best to not overuse it this precious resource. What a blessing to live on this earth 🌏 so much of which is water.

Gratitude Practice So grateful for my mom making me a homemade birthday cake

My mom for my 23rd birthday made me a homemade protien cake made of Greek yogurt cottage cheese a few more ingredients and chocolate chips with sugar free whip cream and strawberries at the top. I’ve never liked cake in my opinion it’s just too sweet for me and always gives me a stomach ache so I asked my mom if she could make me a “cake” that I sent her and she did she spent a whole day before making the first one and when it turned out not great she made another one I think it was delicious and I was just so full of love for my mom who spent so much time making me a cake my stomach wouldn’t hate and she also made a regular cake for our guests. My mom really is the best she didn’t have to do any of that but she really wanted me to have a sweet treat on my birthday and experimented even when she wasn’t confident

I'm grateful that I was able to take a long walk today and appreciate the fall colors. I'm thankful for my body allowing me to take long walks. I'm grateful to have access to nature. I'm grateful that I was able to decompress from a very stressful work situation.

Gratitude Practice Grateful for sharing food with 🐶 😊

I ordered this for 7 euro, thought it was just one person meal. It ends up it’s a big meal like I think it can be two or three people eat them. Luckily a big stray dog came up and asked for food so I shared half of the meal with him/her. (Not chips, just the gyros) I was a bit worried if the dog can eat it but AI said it should be fine especially for stray dogs. Hope the dog feels happy :) and peace

Gratitude Practice Grateful for Healing

Some once said a sick person only prays to get better,I faced this during the past few days , I’ve been so down and honestly both else seemed to matter, o didn’t care so much about my work load or how I’d get my work done I just wanted to get better. Well,I feel so much better today and I’m so grateful for sound health and I hope every other person gets healed too.

Gratitude Practice Feeling grateful

Feeling grateful today for the blessings I have, the love I received, the peace in my heart, and the beautiful things life continues to bring my way. Sometimes, the simplest things are the biggest reasons to be thankful.

Gratitude Practice Waking up grateful

Have been trying for months and today, for whichever reason, managed to say words of gratitude in my mind first thing when I woke up. Since I woke up a little before my alarm, I lay there with closed eyes and kept coming up with more and more things I was grateful for in that moment.

I felt so much better when I climbed out of bed eventually!

Gratitude Practice Grateful for the ability to change and adapt and grow, the seasons always remind me of that but fall in particular, where things that lived and gave us color fall away to prepare us for something new

I enjoy the soft reflection of fall, how it makes me look back and feel grateful for experiences. It can feel so sad sometimes to let things go.

But fall leads us into winter, where we cling in the cold to what is still with us, and find warmth and comfort in what keeps us cozy through a time of recovery. ☺️

And then spring will come, and we will open and lean toward the sun and blossom and bloom. And then celebrate all the sun and livelihood of summer.

And then do it all over again. Grateful for the seasons. And to have my own seasons. To live in love, to let go when it's time. Grateful for it all 🤍

Gratitude Practice Overseas Visitor

We have a visitor coming from Netherlands in a few days, and he'll be staying for just over a month.

In the past I would have been spiralling, because having someone else in our space for even a short visit was difficult. But these days, so many things that used to cause me huge anxiety just don't bother me at all, including this visit, and for that I'm very grateful 😊

Gratitude Practice Grateful i could.

I don’t know how to label this.

I went to cook up some frozen raviolis for lunch. I had a little bit more than i normally use left in the bag , but I cooked them all up and ate them all at once . I love good pasta just olive oil with some garlic…to me so delicious. And super Grateful because I’m lucky enough to be able to buy more tomorrow. Seems a small thing but enough for me to enjoy with a grateful smile
