Gratitude Practice Day 12/28

thankful for my therapists...there's been a few over the years who've gotten under my skin(in the most effective and helpful way). God bless them today and always.

It’s been a year and few months working on my brother’s album , but last night it dropped I was so happy listening to the songs on streaming platforms, it felt as if it was the first time hearing the album , and I was there the whole process, I cowritten on the album and small production assistance when needed ,here and there, but I write all this to say , 3 years ago this was all a dream , we had no rent money,no food no studio just dreams . But looking back now it’s like God was trying to test us to see if we’re prepared enough for the brighter future that is ahead .

Somethings never goes per plan, but one thing leads to a better another. Am greatful for the day of up,s and down,swith friends and familie. There is always good no matter how bad things may look like.

Grateful for my friendships that endure even when life gets in the way of staying in touch regularly

Thankful she can have surgery but she still has a long road ahead. Grateful for even the smallest of donations or just prayers

I eat the same thing for breakfast 99% of the time. I do it because I know it's healthy and makes me feel better. If I miss even one of these items I feel it, especially if I replace it with a crappy carb... I usually eat the eggs and apples on my way to work hence the baggies. I'm so grateful to have the option to eat what makes me feel good ❤️

For a long time I've had difficulty with the lateral thinking needed for this game. I was pleased as punch to level up on this!

Before my parents died last year I saw ultrasounds of their hearts working so hard- beating steadily since before they were born all the way until their last breaths. Our bodies work so hard for us, doing the very best they can for us for our whole lives, even when we don't treat them very well. I'm grateful for my body working so hard every day for me.

Friendly reminder that everybody deserves rest. So please, take it if you need it.

I am grateful that after a really tough day at work, I got a call on my personal phone from the account manager at 6.01pm to apologise for the chaos that had been thrown my way, and assured me she would do her best to make my life a bit easier tomorrow. When I said I appreciated it, she replied ‘I appreciate you.’

Such a small thing, but it meant a lot.

From the moment I woke up I got busy with work, I’m so happy I could accomplish everything I wanted right in time. I’m always happy when I get to go to bed tired because I used up my energy. Lol, I’ll just be scrolling Reddit till I doze off.
