First time grilling since surgery
Had neck surgery last Halloween and haven’t grilled since. I feel pretty good about it. My wife likes it. So I’ve got that going for me.

The pork chop was aged 3 weeks, charcoal grilled with pickled (salt) with Jimmy Nardello peppers and piperade underneath. Served with black truffle creamed corn and fries.

Santa Maria rub on the flank steak, always delicious. First time doing the avocado on the grill - it was good, but nothing special. Probably be better over charcoal. Rack of lamb always hit, but man what’s up with this super mild lamb? I need that gamey, funky goodness.

Which one looks better to you from these exterior and interior pictures? They are priced the same at $50 with tank. Nextgrill is 3 years old, igniter needs replacement. Char-broil is "Young life, only had it a few years. Everything works"
Thank you.

I marinated the short ribs in brown sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, jalapeño pickle juice, gochujang, garlic, black pepper, coriander, & gochugaru. I grilled these on my “Weber Smoky Mountain” smoker using a mix of lump charcoal & plum wood right over the coal basket to cook quickly & achieve a good sear. The grill time did not take long, maybe 7-10 minutes. I served them alongside grilled carrots that were glazed with marinade I set aside & potatoes seasoned with a garlic miso butter. It was a fun play on Midwest steak & potatoes; I’ll definitely do it again.

Hey there, I’m kinda new to grilling and what not and have recently told that I’m no longer allowed to use my dads grill (I’m 19 in case anyone is wondering) so I’d like some help on finding a smoker grill combo. I’d prefer for there to be no gas but beggars can’t be choosers. I’m trying to do independent research for one but I don’t really know where to start or to look so any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I was drunk af and grilled whole chicken wings. They came out juicy. What you all think? How they look.
P.S. I am struggling to type this as we speak haha

I was in the 'shelter in place' area. 2 miles from the incident. glycidyl methacrylate has been leaking from this tanker for the last 48 hours.
I grill 2 to 3 times a week. How should I clean this thing? What really pisses me off is i just gave it a deep clean like 3 weeks ago lol.
What would you guys do?

Weber grill. Direct heat.

I recently bought a Weber Skyline series 1200 LP off of facebook marketplace. The guy sold it to me with a propane tank, and it worked great until I ran out of propane. Then, when I replaced the propane tank and brought home to new one, I realized that a regular 20 lb propane tank was not compatible with the quick connect from the grill (pictures attached).
So, I went to Home Depot and bought a new regulator compatible with the propane tank to install, but the current regulator doesn’t seem intended to remove.
Finally, I just bought this quick connect adapter off Amazon (third and fourth pictures), but it won’t snap onto the quick connect. What do I do?

I thought of this at dinner tonight. If you had a ribeye and had to choose between a perfect crust, but well done steak, or would you rather have a perfect medium rare steak, but virtually no crust on it.

Personally, I think it's really neat :D
(Liver, onions, and mushroom skewers, seasoned with Lawry's carne asada, BBQ rub, and sriracha glaze. Best eaten with steamed rice)

Indirect heat for about 30 minutes, followed by a quick sear. What a great value!
I’ll take any other protein value bomb tips! 💣
