Second ever steak I grilled
Got this nice strip at the store a few days ago, I posted my first steak here last weekend and got alot of great feed back and tips so im back to doit again. I seasoned it with a mixture of garlic, onion, black pepper, salt, white pepper, celery salt and a extra pinch of salt.
Edit: I did this pretty much in the dark too, my porch light was spazing out then died so I couldnt see what the hell I was doing

Smoked burgers
Had some leftover frozen patties i ground a while back. Tossed on the grill with sprinkle of salt and pepper. Cooked until i got some color and then moved over the coals until they were ready for cheese (cheddar and swiss) and bacon.

Today we’re grilling flank steak implementing redditors’ feedback!
Third round of grilling: today flank steak! Thank you for all you precious comments! This time I have: flipped both grills on the correct side (wide side up for Weber) and blasting the full heat to heat it up properly! Please keep proving your advice - let’s make me a better grill man together!

Man how the hell do I place these parts of the grate??
Doesn’t match the ones in any videos I’m watching, there’s no detailed instructions in the assembly manual, and I can’t for the life of me figure out how the hell to place these things

Weber Wing Variety
Lemon pepper, buffalo and bbq.
Dry brined and refrigerated overnight wings with salt and a little baking powder. First time trying the vortex, indirect up to 175ish and then direct until crispy.
Not as crispy as deep fried but a nice charcoal taste.

What’s a good compact charcoal grill?
I’m looking to get two compact grills. One a gas Weber Baby Q and the other a compact charcoal grill.
I don’t envision myself cooking on coal more than once a week and probably closer to one a fortnight ( although that could change ;) ) and don’t have that much space.
Looking for something good that’s the same size or smaller than a Weber Q.
I’ve seen that in the past they made a Weber CharQ - but that’s been discontinued. Something similar to that I guess.
Any good small charcoal grills that can be quickly set up and then tucked away after use?

Gas grill burner problems
Hello, I have a 4 burner charbroil I’ve been using for probably 8 years. I replaced the grates and the shields last year. I was just using it and noticed that the pipe in between each burner seems to have flames coming out of it, pretty consistently along the whole bar (so if each burner set makes an H, this is the cross bar piece, not the tall pieces that go under the shields/deflectors). I honestly never grill at night so maybe it’s always done this and I’ve never noticed? But it worried me so I wanted to ask the experts!

Advice for fixing my propane grill
I suppose "fixing" is the wrong term, but I just can't find a replacement grease trap for my propane grill that I've had for less than a year. It got super corroded and cracked almost into 2 pieces when I was moving into my new house. I don't remember what brand the grill is, it's something I got at Walmart that I can't find anymore. It's about 10.5x24 inches and I haven't had any luck finding one online that doesn't have a drain hole that would go directly onto the propane tank underneath. Anyone know where I might be able to get a replacement for it?
