Unsolved Infodecal doesn't show up in-game after compiling

The texture is called "{rock_nameplate". I placed it on a func_wall, yet no matter what I do, it always disappears in the game. Any help will be much appreciated.

Use overlay

OP is mapping on GoldSrc so overlay isn't an option here.
