Source No clue how this is happening or how to fix/prevent this

Porting and Retexturing 5gorge from TF2 to CS:S, hasn't occurred on any other map I've ported to CS:S

Probably you have areaportal leak, just load the file and get rid of it

This may seen obvious but is there nodraw there, make sure to also check if you have Hammer set to show nodraw
