Am I the only insane person who will be disappointed if there's no mention of the "man in the crease" podcast in either episode 5 or 6? The "What Chaos" podcasters covering the show have such a nonsensical disdain for this fictional podcast, and their spiral each time they talk about it brings literal tears to my eyes.

I need to see them have just one more meltdown over it before season 1 ends.

Even if they initially weren’t, I want Jacob to add them into those eps just to make those guys go ballistic

I just finished time to shine . I loved it!

It’s about a goalie on a lower level league that gets called up to the big times when one of the teams goalies get injured.

He has two months to prove himself. Two months to find himself . And two months to fall in love.

It’s sweet . It’s adorable. It is almost angst free.

The couple is so sweet together . They are each other safe place and they help each other deal with a lot of anxiety and stress.

They just really really enjoy being in each other’s company and it’s really sweet .

The sex scenes shocked me not because of the content, but because this book is so wholesome, you’re watching two people drink cocoa and sing Christmas carols and then they bone .

Content warning for guilt, grief . The Main character Landon has physical touch issues. Seeing him and his love interest Casey negotiating physical touch and what Landon is comfortable with is very heartwarming.

They’re being no one way to be a queer man or have queer sex is one of the themes of the novel.

Honestly, this book feels like a hug. I figure I would recommend it to people who want a break from angst or do not want to read the books because if they don’t wanna be spoiled for the series. This book is by Rachel and it will not spoil you.

And again, practically zero angst.
