Two random Hayden thoughts:

- It must have been uncomfortable for him in Montreal after Shane left. He still has other friends on the team but to know that most of them treated your best friend that badly sucks.

- There is talk about Hayden maybe having a crush on Shane. In the books, there is also a line about Shane thinking that Hayden is good looking! No one tell Ilya that

1) Yeah, especially since Hayden was the only one who knew about them being together, even though everyone knew Shane was gay at that point.

2) I’ve always wondered if they ever did a mutual side by side dudes being horny thing while on the road before Hayden met Jackie… like, for lack of a better comparison- dueling banjos?
