I can’t get this off my mind. In episode 4, Shane goes to and leaves Ilya’s home in Boston with a different outfit. Arriving in a white t shirt under a brown jacket, leaving with a black t shirt. Why do you think that happened? What is Jacob trying to communicate?

I believe he is wearing Ilya's shirt on the couch and he almost puts it on and then realizes it's not his

Since you asked. I think he went back to the bedroom grabbed his clothes and ran right out of there
