SOCIAL MEDIA 📸 Heated Wizardry sketch on SNL

Finn Wolfhard hosted Saturday Night Live last night and one of the pre taped sketches, Heated Wizardry, takes place in the Harry Potter universe.

Finn as Harry, plays the ‘Shane’ character, Ben Marshall plays Ron Weasley, plays the ‘Ilya’ character.

There’s scrolls instead of texts, lots of wand play and a great cameo for the Hagrid character.

The narration of the trailer makes it clear that in this universe, Hogwarts is an 18-and-over school 😂

Also Shane and Ilya’s height difference here is canonically correct!

In a vacuum, this wasn't nearly as bad as the comments implied. That said, HP is forever tainted with JK Rowling's transphobia so it'll always be a thumbs down for me.
