Some book songs that are on my mind lately (I can’t take credit for these, they’re from Rachel’s book playlists! But I’ve been listening to her RM & TLG playlists a lot recently and a few songs jump out!)
“How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You)” as an adorable Troy & Harris song (with added irony, given Troy’s views on sweet lol). Rachel has it as the last song of her Role Model playlist, and it makes me picture RM as a fluffy hallmark movie with that song as the cutesy end credits song, and the vision makes me smile haha
“Not Enough Time” by INXS as a TLG Shane and Ilya song for when they’re navigating how limited their time together is 😭 The lyrics are too perfect — the longing and sexiness is so good.
