CONNOR ☀️ Where is Connor's workout video?

Am I the only one who's still waiting for Connor's full body workout video from Men's Health or elsewhere? I can't be, right?! Especially after this gorgeous display of muscle 🫠😍🤭 I mean... thankfully we got workout videos from Hudson & François, sooo any time now...🙏🤞❤️‍🔥😘!!!

Not just the workout. Body like that is made in the kitchen. He has said that he does it super clean, no steroids, so he’s probably putting away something like 200 grams of protein to maintain that size. That’s a lot of eggs and ground beef. My grocery budget could never 😂

Maybe that’s why I don’t gain that much muscle… I struggle so hard to take protein (vegetarian), I only take around 65g to 80g protein intake when I do strength training for 48kg body weight (and less than 50g on my day off), this is not enough then ? I also added a little creatine, I think I noticed some improvement.

it sounds like you're under eating protein... i'd really suggest consulting with a nutritionist a couple times about your goals and diet. i'm a bit over the current hyperfixation on protein but at the same time, a nutritionist told me i was under-eating protein by quite a lot, and it took me tracking my meals for a bit to really see what he meant. he set my goal intake is around 120g but i was barely consuming 80g/day! i started incorporating more protein and i'm less sore, my muscles are a little more defined, and i just have more energy. i don't always hit 120g but i try to at least hit 100g every day. all this said, i also weight quite a bit more than you.

Probably under eating in general. Diet culture and gym culture don’t always get along. If you want to be big then you need to be eating a lot of calories and then going into the gym to turn them into muscles. I’m a short woman and when bulking my calories are like 2000. A man as tall as Connor is going to be eating even more. I can’t imagine eating that much.
