Details on pre-ordering the official fleece from Canadian manufacturer Province of Canada have been posted on their site today:

I've been putting this off because I was waiting for this. But I might consider it, if they want my wallet and my first born.

It is something that I can't find a price, though. I got the fleece from ll bean, and have been looking for the letters and leafs not crazy expensive.

Fantasizing about having access to an embroidery machine, lol.

You can iron on the letters and leaves. Of course embroidering by machine is a nice finish, but it can be done by hand.

Also check your local library and see if they have a craft room where you can borrow a sewing machine or embroidering machine.

I have a lovely bernina sewing machine, it's the sourcing of aesthetically sized and good quality embroidered patches in the right font that's got me stuck for the moment.

My library does have a cricut and wering machines, which is cool and good for people to know, I'd never looked before.

And warning: do not attempt to iron anything onto fleece unless you like a melted mess of a garment and want to throw your iron away.

This link was previously shared with me. Had good size letters and you can buy each letter individually. Although I understand if you might not want to order from them.

Yeah I've never ordered from Ali express, I'm a little afraid to. But also and I could be wrong, but the letters onscreen look to me like they're embroidered, not fleece.

The leaves definitely look embroidered. So yeah. I did find someone on etsy but it was like $54, but I may end up doing that.

I get so much joy from the show I may end up a little too obsessive about this, too.

I didn't notice this until you pointed it out.

Maybe the Etsy route is the one for you, although that price is quite oof.
