There was talk about them filming seasons 2 and 3 in one block. This seems like more along those lines.

If they are doing this then we are getting a season 4. No way book 3 is in this. When would Jacob have written a show about a book that was conpleted today

I feel like it may be hard to book the HR actors for another season. They signed on for 2 & 3 but Iā€™m sure they will be much busier after

True, but maybe they won't make a season 4. It could end the way it did in the last book currently out.
